Beautiful views and excellent property. We loved our stay! Everything was clean, the grounds are beautiful, and the condo had everything we needed. Centrally located to all attractions and restaurants. The private beach was our favorite amenity, no fighting for beach space or worrying about chairs, they are provided! What more could you ask for? We will definately stay again on our next visit and highly recommend.

Where do I start!! What a wonderful experience! The communication with the host was amazing, the property was beautiful, it was soooo clean and well appointed. The beach views were stunning and the beach itself was fabulous. The gal who rented the umbrellas was so hospitable and gave us excellent service and recommended some great restaurants to try. We have such an amazing time with our friends! I would HIGHLY recommend this place!

We have stayed in this unit several times now, it is just perfect for a relaxing getaway. Since our last stay the owners installed a new refrigerator and it really was an excellent upgrade for people bringing food like us. Lots of space, a good icemaker/freezer in the fridge and entire separate ice maker in the kitchen which makes a ton of ice. The balcony view is wonderful, the high top chairs outside are very comfortable and allow you to see above the railing.Overall I could not really ask for a better place to stay if you are looking for a Destin Condo. While the price point is not insignificant, the view, the easy beach access and the facility/unit amenities all add up to a decent value.

Our 2nd time at this property and it’s still perfect! The view is unmatched and the covered parking is a huge plus. Great vacation condo and you really do feel “at home.” Cannot say enough great things about Oceania 203 - HURRY and book this, you won’t be sorry! Location and area is very nice, safe and full of great places! All you need are your clothes, groceries and a big smile! Plenty of room for everyone too!

Wonderful unit, would go back again. Large balcony is best part. Great view of the beach, partially obscured by palm trees on this level but still excellent. Unit was well stocked with starter items. Owner communicated well and was very responsive, great experience overall!

Absolutely loved this condo; we visited with four adults and one kid. Spacious, comfortable and well-equipped with everything we needed. The pool is heated and clean, the beach is perfect (chair service a major plus). The unit came outfitted with plenty of sand and beach toys. The best part of our 2-week vacation: sitting on the enormous balcony watching the water. Dolphins daily, tons of bird-watching and so relaxing and quiet. We will 100% come back to Oceania, and very likely will try to secure this unit again. We’ve been to a lot of spots in Florida… and this was maybe the best. Thanks for sharing your place with our family!
