Unpack your bags, settle in, and stay a while. Inside, you will find a fully furnished and equipped condo that can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. The living area is spacious and cozy, with an expansive sofa, a large flat-screen TV, and natural light that streams in through the sliding glass doors that lead to the expansive patio and outdoor area.

The large private patio space is the perfect spot to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or a cocktail in the evening while listening to the sound of the ocean (just on the other side of the sand dunes).

The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, making meal preparation a breeze.

The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom allows for extra guests with a queen bed & twin bunk beds for the kiddos. Our second bathroom is a full bathroom with a bathtub

We continue to make upgrades to enhance your vacation experience: we added a new washer and dryer in the unit (updated April 2021), new patio furniture (updated June 2022), a new refrigerator (December 2022), a home office set-up (June 2023) and bunk beds for the guest bedroom (May 2024).

As our guest, you will have access to a variety of amenities, including a heated pool, a sauna, and private beach access for condo owners. Beach chairs, an umbrella & toys are stocked in our patio closet and ready to take down to the beach to enjoy basking in the sun and enjoying the ocean breeze.

This home away from home is perfect for a contractor that has to stay in the space coast for extended period of time, ideal for snowbirds looking for a warm place to spend the winter, and professionals that can work from anywhere (so why not the beach!). We have recently updated the condo for an ideal home office set-up: a movable desk (easy to tuck out of the way or move to a sunny spot) complete with docking station and second monitor. Minimum one-month rental even if staying for shorter, pets allowed ($150 pet fee applies).

Cape Canaveral and nearby Cocoa Beach are filled with amazing restaurants, shops, and attractions, so you'll never run out of things to do. We are pet friendly ($150 pet fee applies), with a minimum booking requirement of 60 days January-March and 29 nights the remainder of the year.
