Thank you for sharing your feedback. I’m very sorry that your 12-day stay did not meet your expectations. As the host, I was aware of the concerns raised during your stay and personally followed up with our property management team several times. I know the management and maintenance teams made multiple visits to the condo and did their best to respond promptly and address each concern as it was reported. Regarding the hot water, the temperature was checked and found to be within the property’s normal operating range. We have not received similar concerns from previous guests, but we understand that individual preferences for water temperature can vary. The garbage disposal issue was addressed during your stay, although we understand how frustrating it was that the problem recurred. We are following up to make sure the underlying issue is fully resolved rather than temporarily corrected. We are also reviewing the dryer based on your feedback. The washer and dryer are located in a separate, spacious laundry room, and the dryer can be noticeably louder when the laundry room door is left open. Nevertheless, we will have it inspected to make sure it is operating properly. We sincerely regret that these issues affected your overall experience. We value guest feedback and will use your comments to improve both the property and our maintenance response going forward.

HI, Allen, Thanks for taking time write the review. Sorry for the trouble you had with fitted sheets. Our management company has put this standard not providing fitted sheets, but they will be more than happy to provide if the flat sheets won't work for you. Next time please just give us a yell and will be taken care of it.
