The apartment was really nice - we took advantage of the pool and game room. The customer service was excellent with clear instructions as this was my first time renting…everything was very easy. We will book again next year!

Great location with plenty of space. Host was prompt, kind and very helpful. There are no ceiling fans in secondary bedrooms and no comfortable seating (couch and patio furniture really lack comfort).

Beautiful and clean unit! Had everything we needed for a week away. Family of four; kids loved having their own rooms, grown ups loved having a separate bathroom from the kids. Washer and dryer are new, clean, and BIG! We cooked some meals at home and the kitchen mostly had what we needed, could have used a couple more spoons for cereal/yogurt/coffee in the mornings but we just washed what we needed at dinner time. So happy to have both a Keurig and regular coffee maker as well since we prefer the large carafe over single-serve. Coffee filters were already there, thank you! Publix was right next door for groceries, so convenient. Beautiful, clean pools with fun family activities on some of the days. Thank you, we hope to stay again in the future!

This is a beautiful unit. Clean, safe area. Really nice gated community. We really enjoyed our stay here. The photos make it look really big. It was a great size, but not as big as they make it seem.

Overall, the property fit our needs perfectly. There was one issue with the king room but it was resolved quickly. I was disappointed to not have a can opener, but we gifted one to the property. I highly enjoyed sitting out on the spacious balcony.

Perfect for a quick weekend to the parks, close to everything! Beds were comfortable and the area was quiet, got to sip coffee on the patio and watch some football. Would stay again!

We stayed for 10 nights with a family of five, and unfortunately the experience did not match what was advertised.One of our biggest frustrations was that the listing did not clearly state that basic supplies such as dishwasher detergent, hand soap, toilet paper, and laundry detergent would not be provided for the duration of the stay. We were given one dishwasher pod and one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, with the expectation that we would use the pod to wash the dishes before checking out. For a 10-night stay with five people, we had to purchase additional supplies ourselves, which was an unexpected added expense. This should be clearly disclosed in the listing so guests can plan accordingly.The condition of the condo was also disappointing, especially since the listing described it as brand new. The main garbage can was broken. The kitchen floor was sticky when we arrived, and the second bathroom smelled so strongly of bleach that we had to air it out. The couch was extremely uncomfortable, and both shower floors shifted noticeably when we stood on them. This made us concerned about the possibility of the shower floors giving way.There were some positives, but overall, we were disappointed because the rental did not feel consistent with how it was represented in the listing. I would recommend that future guests be aware of the limited supplies provided and the condition of the property before booking.
