The living space is cozy and invites you to kick back and relax immediately. Curl up in the sofa or recliner and stream your favorite shows on the wall-mounted flatscreen TV for a fun afternoon, or sit outside in the patio to admire the views of the neighborhood and watch the cars pass by. The kitchen area might be small, but it offers everything you could ever need to prepare everything you want, from quick meals to beach snacks or full-course meals. Beach Hill Bungalow is perfect for a thrilling beach-cation with your family or best friends, or a romantic escapade for you and your loved one.
WHAT’S NEARBY
The biggest perk of this retreat is the location. Downtown Santa Cruz is two and a half blocks away; there, you'll find yourself surrounded by an eclectic downtown scene offering street performers, local boutiques, vintage stores, and dining on any cuisine you might desire. Dining options and convenience stores abound nearby, so you shouldn't have any problem finding them. The San Lorenzo River is just a short walk away, as well as the well-known and iconic Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk, which is is one of the town’s main draws, offering family-friendly fun year-round. Visit Municipal Wharf and listen to the calls of the sea lions, rent surfboards and hit Cowell's Beach in search of the perfect wave, or rent some bikes and explore some of the nearby paved trails. You better pack your sunscreen and beach towel! The soft sands of Santa Cruz Beach are less than half a mile from you! Other attractions include the Santa Cruz Museum of Natural History, a day trip to San Francisco (77.5 miles), and the Monterey Bay Aquarium, only 46 miles south.

This is one half of a duplex. The owner lives in the other half of this duplex, and the shared walls are separated by closets on each side.
A Parking Permit is provided. There is a $150 charge for taking it or losing it. You may park on Younger and 3rd Ave without a parking permit from October through May 13. Parking permits are only required to park on 2nd Ave at meters during that time. From May 14 to September, this permit is required for parking on any street surrounding the unit. One parking permit will be available for guests during the months when it is required. Please pay attention to the signs. Please return the parking permit to the table under the TV in the living room before you leave.
This Vacasa Guestworks vacation rental is operated and managed locally by an independent host.
Prior to your arrival, you will receive local host contact information, who will manage your guest reservation. Your local host will provide in-stay support, secure entry, and arrange pre- and post-stay housekeeping services.
If you need anything during your stay, the home’s independent local host is ready to help 24/7! Guestworks is a service offering of Vacasa that allows homeowners to smoothly and efficiently manage their own properties.
Parking notes: Street parking is available on a first-come-first-serve basis; parking is not guaranteed.
