Velkommen til Villa Paradiso! Vores luksus Clearwater Beach Condo er virkelig indbegrebet af afslapning i stil. Villa Paradiso er nyrenoveret i juli 2016 og er eksklusiv, luksuriøs strandlejlighed, men samtidig rolig, varm og indbydende. Som du går i en se uhindret vand udsigt over intercoastal, er det næsten umuligt ikke at føle sig straks afslappet. Tilbring tid på vores balkon og se manater og delfiner lege, mens du nyder en cocktail. Fisk ud af vores dock. Gå på tværs af gaden til havet !!! Villa Paradiso er direkte på vandet, med UNOBSTRUCTED 180 GRADE af vand udsigt. Vi er på bugten side af Clearwater Beach og direkte på tværs af gaden fra havet.

Uanset om du ønsker at slappe af på stranden, nyd nattelivet eller være lige ved siden af ​​fantastiske restauranter; Villa Paradiso, vores primært beliggende strandlejlighed tilbyder alt. Vi er placeret på tværs af gaden fra Shepard, som er Clearwater Beachs førende destination for fine restauranter og natteliv. Sørg for at nyde deres søndagsbrunch. The space was exceptional, amenities were abundant and the location was ideal. It was a minute or two walk to the beach, yet quiet and out of the main congestion. We appreciated the beach stuff. Really enjoyed the stay!

This is our second time staying in this unit and it was as pleasant as the first time. Everything you need is right there for you. The unit and the building itself are well maintained and the pool was great. The building location is perfect within walking distance to restaurants, the beach, trolleys and shopping. The back yard balcony views are the perfect place for morning coffee in and relaxing after a day at the beach. It was easy to communicate with the owner to answer any questions we had. We definitely plan to return again.

This condo was extremely well stocked with everything you could possibly need. Many condos we have rented left us looking for scissors or tape or whatever. Being so well stocked gave us the impression of being at home. We will be back next year.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay and genuinely couldn’t fault the condo — 5/5 in every respect. It was the perfect place for our family of five and really did feel like a home away from home.The condo was spacious, spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained and incredibly well equipped. The kitchen had everything we could possibly need, and there were so many thoughtful little extras throughout that made our stay really easy and comfortable. We especially appreciated how well equipped it was for the beach — having everything there ready to use was such a bonus when travelling with children.The location was fantastic, with everything we needed close by, but the real highlight was the beautiful view. We absolutely loved sitting out on the balcony and watching the dolphins play in the water — such a special experience and something we’ll all remember from our holiday.The children loved the condo and there was plenty of space for all five of us to relax and enjoy ourselves without ever feeling on top of each other.Communication with our host was exceptional from start to finish. Friendly, warm, helpful and incredibly responsive, we felt very well looked after throughout our stay.We made some really special family memories here and were genuinely sad to leave. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this condo and would absolutely stay again. Our only change next time would be to stay for longer!

This is a great location and an easy walk to the beach. Thanks for providing beach chairs, towels, and the beach wagon. Great view of the water to watch the dolphins in the morning and throughout the day.

Spectacular!

We could not have picked a better place to stay! The location was perfect; close to the beach, restaurants, and local shops. The condo was beautiful, clean, and well maintained. The view off of the balcony was breathtaking. We will be back!

Clearwater Beach Condo

We thoroughly enjoyed our extended stay. The Condo was very well equipped and it was really appreciated that there was ample supplies. Communication was excellent and the location was perfect for us - we really enjoyed being close the the beach and in the thick of the action. The views from the balcony are spectacular and we regularly saw dolphins and penguins.

Perfect spot

This condo was gorgeous! It was extremely clean upon check in and instructions for check in were clear. We had no issues getting in to the property. The condo was in walking distance to many places and we hardly took the car out the entire week. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the balcony with a beautiful view every day. My kids loved seeing dolphins daily! The beach was a short walk. Would love to stay again!!

Amazing Week!

I highly recommend this property for many reasons. The property was clean, the property amenities were very nice, and the location was perfect. Access to the beach is only a short walk and if you don't want to fight the traffic getting in and out of Clearwater Beach you can use Gulf BLVD to Sand Key. We had a little issue with check in, but the property manager was on top of it and assisted us immediately. We will be back!

Just perfect

This was our first experience with VRBO and it was just wonderful. The location is perfect for all that Clearwater Beach has to offer. The condo was huge, well maintained and allowed for everyone to relax in comfort. The view from the balcony was amazing. We saw dolphins playing almost daily. The condo is well stocked in the kitchen and has everything you need for a beach vacation including beach towels, chairs, pop up, wagon, and sand toys for the kids. We had a few minor issues and the owner was quick to respond and offers to correct.

Spacious Condo in Great Location

The condo’s three bedrooms and two bathrooms accommodated our family of up to six people at a time extremely well. Its location to restaurants and the beach was within easy walking distances (we rarely used our car). We have stayed in many different condos for extended stays over the years and none of them had the sheer amount and variety of sundries as this one. The owner contacted us during our stay to inquire about our satisfaction with the unit. I gave him suggestions about some minor problems we encountered. He responded by saying he would have someone come and remediate them immediately. I told him that this was unnecessary since we would be ending our stay shortly. In summary, I would recommend this vacation condo all who are interested in having an enjoyable stay in a great location.

Lovely

Super nice property in Clearwater beach. The best part was the beautiful porch overlooking the intercoastal waterway. We saw dolphins frequently. The unit was very well stocked and attract and comfortable. Finding the address was a little difficult but no big problem. the garage entrance is actually on Bay way not south Gulfview. Tito was very helpful and when my flight was canceled, did allow me another night ( not free of course) All in all a great time. I’d happily return.

Second time here and can't wait to go back!

We absolutely love this property! The location is amazing with its large balcony view of the bay, right across the street from the inlet (Shepards setup is awesome and welcoming to non-guest), and only 2 blocks from the beach! You cannot go wrong staying here as everything you need and more is just a short walk away. The condo owners take great pride in providing a welcoming and accommodating stay. The condo itself is clean, stocked well, and has the most comfortable beds! This is our 2nd Summer vacationing here in August for a week and cannot wait to do it again next year!

Amazing stay

I cannot say enough great things about our stay. The home itself is in great shape with amazing views. From the sand toys, towels to the beach chairs, this home provided our family with everything we needed and much more.

Wonderful Stay in Clearwater

This property was very clean and comfortable with plenty of space for our family of 4. We were close to the beach and loved that the property had beach chairs, umbrellas, and towels so we didn't have to pack them for our trip. We look forward to coming back again!

Just what we needed!

This property does not disappoint. The unit was very clean and spacious. It was located close enough to all the shops and restaurants but not so close that it was a nuisance. It is true that you will see dolphins in the harbor just outside the balcony. My family had a great time and we will defiantly rent again if we are in the Clearwater area.

Great stay

We enjoyed staying at this condo. We so appreciated the games and beach toys for the kids and all the items provided to make our stay comfortable. It is a well appointed condo. We even saw dolphins out front!

Beautiful space

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this condo. View was lovely and it is in easy walking distance to the beach, restaurants, etc. Condo had great amenities and was beautifully decorated. Space is roomy and comfortable.

Our family purchase this upgraded unit and have taken a great deal of pride in making it a luxe experience for all our guests. This unit was never previously rented by the former owners who lived there for about 10 years, so it is pristine and in beautiful condition. We've taken the time to make sure all anticipated needs are met with the provided amenities. We hope you have a truly wonderful experience in our unit

This unit is primly located on clearwater beach, but the complex itself is quiet and well taken care of. The water views are spectacular. You can literally wake up to see dolphins playing, and enjoy your cup of coffee on the balcony and view unobstructed water views. It truly is glorious.
