Magical Mickey Villa is a updated spacious 5 bedroom villa is situated in the popular Windsor Hills Resort and will provide you with the perfect base for your Orlando vacation.
Your skin will feel soft in our amazing Salt water pool. There is an amazing view from the pool deck where an evening can be spent enjoying a spectacular sunset with a cool drink in your hand.

Well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel fridge/freezer, oven, microwave with extractor fan, dishwasher and small appliances toaster, kettle, coffee maker. Granite work surfaces.
The laundry room is located in the games room with large washer, dryer and ironing facilities.

UV Lights: This home has installed UV lights into the AC units. The UV light can help eliminate many types of fungi, bacteria, germs, viruses, pathogens, voc and certain odors. The UV lights are installed within the air handler, which remains turned on 24/7.

This Villa is secured with a pool alarm for our guests safety.

Our Villa provides a initial starter pack which includes: 1 toilet paper roll per bathroom 1 paper towel roll in kitchen, 2 garbage bags and one in each garbage can, 1 sponge, 1 mini dish soap,1 dishwashing tablet, 1 laundry pod. Otherwise this is a self catering home.

For the safety of our guests this property has outdoor surveillance in the front and side of the home.

The hosts were extremely welcoming and responsive. All the amenities were just as advertised, and the pool and sunset views were extraordinary!! I highly recommend this vacation home.

A beautiful home from home villa with everything you could need and more. From the beginning of the booking to the end of our holiday the process was fabulous. Communication with Judy was great, she was quick to reply to any questions we had before arriving and even offered assistance with arranging groceries, The check in process was very easy with all info sent in plenty of time for arrival with comprehensive directions and access procedures. The villa itself was lovely, very clean and had everything we needed. The beds were super comfortable, which is so important after the long days at the parks! Thoughtful touches like a starter pack of tea/coffee/ washing up items and even little toiletries in the bathrooms were much appreciated. The pool area was lovely and clean with plenty of pool toys and towels available. Comfy seating inside for everyone and my husband was delighted he even managed to catch a UK premiership football match on the tv,! We all had a fabulous time in Mickey’s Magical Villa, thank you Judy & Greg and we can’t wait to return. Many thanks.

Always a pleasurable stay

We have stayed at this property a few times. It’s always been the first on our list when we are checking availability at Windsor Hills. It’s in the best location and the views of the sunset are incredible. The property is well kept, clean and has everything you need. Look forward to returning next time!

Well equipped home and outstanding hosts

We have stayed on a few properties at Windsor Hills - this was hands-down the best equipped home and the most responsive hosts ever. Top 5 faves of our stay: Comfortable beds Great pool and spa Well equipped kitchen Well equipped game room Lots of space (we were 4 adults and 2 kids) Least favorite thing: Community pool got busy early (so glad we had a pool to ourselves)

Simply the best

Windsor Hills is well known as the best of all the resorts near Disney. This particular property is the jewel of the crown. The breathtaking sunset viewed from the sparkling pool is reason enough to leave the parks early every afternoon. The house is spacious and immaculate. Beautiful home; great communication!

Over the years, my family has vacationed in at least six Windsor Hill properties, and this home was the most comfortable, inviting and well-outfitted one we've had the pleasure of staying in. The owners are excellent communicators -- information shared was clear, concise and perfectly timed. The home is comfortable and beautifully updated, and well outfitted with everything you could need in a home away from home. Their washer and dryer is nicer than what I have at home and gave me major appliance envy! We appreciate the owners sharing their property with us and look forward to visiting again in the future!

Stuck in FL no place to swim...

The house was as described. Everything was clean and beautiful. The location was great! The pool was a salt pool. Not sure if its' chlorinator was malfunctioning, but it burned our eyes and literally bleached out a shirt. When I advised the property owners they informed me that it was a salt pool and they used no chlorine. I guess they didn't realize that salt pools have chlorinators that make chlorine. I only bring this up here, so that maybe they will look into it, so it doesn't happen to the future guests, As it resulted in us only using the pool once during our 5 day stay.

I do have a couple of concerns from your response. Our pool is a salt water pool and is serviced by a licensed pool company weekly on Tuesdays. The pool was inspected and cleaned on April 23rd, 2024 where no issues were found. The pool was inspected on April 25th, 2024 (pre-check in service program) No issues were found. The pool was inspected and cleaned on April 30th (directly after checkout) where no ‘issues’ were found with the pool or chemical operations. The pool company was informed of your complaint and they told us there were no “issues” with any of the chemical levels or system with the pool before or after your stay. If chlorine was added to the pool (which has not been done to this pool), you would have been able to smell the chlorine immediately into your stay. Furthermore, if there were any issues with the salt pool it should have been reported immediately so it could have been corrected, not mentioned as you were leaving. It strikes me that the only reason this issue came up is that a late checkout was requested after the normal time frame and denied since we could not accommodate the late checkout with new guests coming in later that same day. Otherwise, our cleaners would not have enough time to get the house ready for the next guests. You knew that checkout was by 10 am. Yet, you did not leave at the agreed upon time. We had to encourage you to vacate the home so the cleaning crew could start. This put the cleaners behind by over an hour yet we did not charge you for this violation per the house rules and the rental contract that you signed. I am also concerned in the way that you stated that there was an issue with the pool. It was during the process of your departure after the checkout time, that the pool ‘issue’ was finally brought up. The way the ‘issue’ was brought up, gave the sense that a refund was being sought simply because you were not granted a late checkout request. So, as you can see from our point of view, we have documentation and witnesses showing that your complaint regarding the pool is not warranted. Unfortunately, this is not the first time we have had renters bring up “issues” only after they have left and your response is telling. Regards Judy

Great house

This was a great house. It really delivered. The pictures on the internet were very accurate and showed the house as it really is. The hosts were great at providing information and having suggestions available for sightseeing. Amenities were all good, house pool and spa-two thumbs up. Community pool with slides and splash pad for younger kids was great as well. The house is very close to Disney's parks and conveniently located near shopping and dining. The only not positive thing and it's not a huge deal, we would have just packed a bit differently, the listing says "ample towels". There's 2 towels and 2 wash clothes per bathroom, so that's 10. We had 9 people for 7 nights, we had to do laundry and weren't anticipating that. So pack extra towels unless you have down time to do laundry. We called housekeeping and they did bring several extra towels. That's the only thing I would have changed. House is great, location is great, and the hosts were excellent. Beautiful view of the pond, no houses behind you and awesome sunsets.

Our family started visiting Disney World and surrounding areas in the 1990's and at that time we fell in love with Florida and with Disney World. We have vacationed here in Florida for a very long time and fell in love with the area and the resort and bought our first home away from home in Windsor Hills Resort area in 2016. It's location is great as you are one of the closest resorts and a very short ride to main gate Disney. Just 10-15 minutes and 4 km to Disney!! The Windsor Hills resort onsite facilities and amenities are those that you would normally associate with a luxury hotel stay, which we have used many times ourselves. We have furnished this house with much love and we made sure that our guests are comfortable at our home, have what they need, and not have to compromise on their holiday. This house is well cared for, is well maintained and has many extras for your Orlando holiday. Put your cares aside and have a wonderful holiday at our home.
