We’re glad to hear you found the home clean and appreciated the quiet, convenient location near downtown 😊🏡 We would like to respectfully note that all amenities and features provided are clearly outlined in the listing description. Items such as laundry detergent, upgraded bedding, or premium paper goods are not advertised as included. We always encourage guests to carefully review the listing details prior to booking to ensure the property meets their expectations. That said, we appreciate your comments and continuously evaluate ways to improve where reasonable. Thank you for staying with us, and we wish you the best in your future travels.

Wow, your words are like a dark cloud looming over our sunny property. It's utterly baffling how you managed to book a place perfectly suited for your needs, with pristine beds and stellar reviews, only to rain down negativity upon us. And let's talk about those "rooms and spaces" Vrbo categorizes – it's clear you're just looking for reasons to complain. Frankly, it's pathetic how you take pleasure in dragging down places that others have worked hard to maintain. Maybe take a good hard look in the mirror and ask yourself why you feel the need to spread your toxicity everywhere you go. You should feel deeply ashamed of your actions.

🐾 🐾 🐾 🐾 🐾 Thank you for your review, Raul! We're glad to hear that you found our pet-friendly bungalow enjoyable overall. 🐾 It's great to know that you appreciated the fenced entrance/exit and the front yard for your furry friend. We're pleased that our management team was able to accommodate your early arrival and that you found them cordial, professional, and responsive. Your feedback is valuable to us, and we'll certainly take note of your comments about the kitchen window blind for future improvements. Thank you for recommending us, and we hope to host you again soon! Best regards, Yenni V Rental Key LLC

Thank you for your feedback, Silas. I’m glad you appreciated the kitchen amenities and other conveniences in the home. I’m sorry to hear about the furniture height and the squeaky bed—it’s valuable input that helps us improve the experience for future guests. We truly appreciate your stay and your honest review. If you visit Gainesville again, we’d love to host you! Best, Yenni V Rental Key LLC

Dear Kevin, We deeply regret the unfortunate experience you and your family had during your recent stay at our VRBO property. Your comfort and satisfaction are of the utmost importance to us, and we are truly sorry that your expectations were not met. While we do have strict policies in place that prohibit smoking on our property, there are unfortunately times when guests may not adhere to these rules, which can lead to discomfort for others. We understand the impact that lingering cigarette smoke can have, especially for those with asthma, and we are sincerely sorry for the inconvenience this caused. We do want to highlight that we remember offering you a cancellation waiver as a way to address the situation, but we understand that you chose not to accept it. We genuinely appreciate your consideration of this option. Your feedback underscores the challenge of managing the behavior of all guests and maintaining a smoke-free environment. We are committed to learning from this experience and taking steps to enhance our property's cleanliness and overall guest experience. Once again, we extend our apologies for the disappointment you encountered and thank you for sharing your feedback. It is through constructive criticism that we can identify areas of improvement and strive to provide a better experience for future guests. Warm regards, Yenni V Rental Key LLC
