Mignot” bus stop (1-minute walk from the studio): lines 2, 3, 9, 17, D.<br>- Four train stations (Transilien Line L) are less than 15 minutes away by bus: the stations at Versailles-Rive-Droite, Vaucresson, Bougival, and La Celle-Saint-Cloud, which will drop you off right across from the building at the “Hôpital André Mignot” bus stop.<br><br><br>Since you’re staying in an apartment, please respect the space and the neighborhood. If you encounter any issues, I’m always available and will respond promptly to resolve them as quickly as possible.<br><br>HOUSE RULES:<br><br>-Any illegal activity (prostitution, drug trafficking, late-night noise) or activity that disturbs the neighborhood (unreasonable disturbances) will result in immediate eviction from the property without any refund<br>- Each guest may be asked to present identification upon entering the premises<br>- Any issue observed upon entering the premises (broken furniture, malfunctioning equipment, etc.) and any incident occurring during the stay must be reported, with supporting photos if possible<br>- The apartment must be returned clean and in good condition. <br>- Please be considerate of your neighbors and follow the community guidelines (avoid noise and odors, respect common areas, etc.)<br>- The apartment is non-smoking (there is a terrace for that purpose).<br>- The building and the residence are quiet and secure (with surveillance cameras and a building manager); please be respectful of the property
