Beautiful 7th floor Beach Front Ocean View Condo

Welcome to Whispering Sands our beautiful 1500sqft 7th floor Ocean View condo located DIRECTLY on the NO DRIVE BEACH! You can watch the amazing sunrises over the ocean and sunsets over the river while sitting on your massive 200sqft balcony, it is absolutely breath taking. The Ormondy has secured entry and underground parking for one vehicle, extra vehicles can be parked on the top deck.

We want you to feel at home while you stay in our condo, we have a BRAND NEW large fully stocked kitchen with all the utensils and appliances you may need during your stay. There is a new stainless steel refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher, toaster, Keurig, blender, etc. The open concept lets you see and be a part of whatever is going on in the kitchen, living room and dining room. Our condo also offers a full size washer and dryer for you to use during your stay.

There are 2 bedrooms with LARGE walk in closets. The master offers a king size bed with access to the balcony and a large bathroom with double sinks and shower/tub combo as well as a vanity area. The second bedroom offers two twin beds and a twin day bed with trundle, so it sleeps a total of 4 people in that room! There is a second full bathroom with walk in shower in the hallway. This unit can sleep a MAX of 6 people comfortably and there is also a provided pack n’ play/ portable crib and highchair for your little ones.

The condo offers free high speed internet that is private including cable in the Master bedroom and Living room, a DVD player in the living room with plenty of DVD’s, cards, board games and puzzles for your enjoyment.

There’s more! On the 11th floor there is a massive 3000sqft club room with almost 360 degree views of the ocean and the Halifax River. It has a fully stocked kitchen with tables, chairs, games, etc. As well as a balcony that wraps around the room. You are able to enjoy this room as much as you want as long as there aren’t any events booked at the time.

The Ormondy has been undergoing a million dollar renovation this year including new elevators, building restoration and security! You can enjoy the year round heated pool which includes outdoor bathroom and kitchen area, small exercise room with sauna. The Ormondy offers a community grill, shuffleboard and a nice grassy area for the kids to play. For your convenience there is a large storage cabinet by our assigned parking spot that provides boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach toys for you to use. We do ask that you store your beach items in the cabinet, so you don’t track sand into the building and condo. Don’t worry we will supply the lock for you to keep your items secure.

Around the Area:
There is A LOT to do in the surrounding area! You’re only 15 minutes away from the World’s Most Famous Beach, Daytona! There is a board walk area with an arcade, rides, and plenty of restaurants, shops, bars and clubs. They even have live music on the pier with fireworks. (There may be restrictions due to COVID-19) If you enjoy golf there are several golf courses nearby, including mini golf. All the major theme parks including Disney World, Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, SeaWorld, and more are only an hour and half away.

For your convenience there is shopping close by, Publix Supermarket is less than 0.5 mile and a Dollar General right across the street! There are restaurants within walking distance including pizza and donut shops. There is a Walmart Supercenter located next to Interstate 95. Can’t forget clothing stores like Bealls Outlet and Ross just in case you forgot your bathing suite (or want a new one!)
