Hilton Head Condo - 3 min walk to the beach! Tons of amenities!

Freshly updated 2 bedroom/2 bathroom ground floor villa that sleeps 6 with balcony and lagoon view. Located on the tennis side of Hilton Head Beach & Tennis Resort, just a quick walk to the beach and the largest ocean-side pool on the Island! The condo has a granite and stainless kitchen that is fully stocked with everything you need for your stay. Relax on the large comfortable sectional couch with SmartTV or move onto the balcony and enjoy the fabulous lagoon view while sipping your morning coffee! When you’re ready to head to the beach you’ll find beach chairs, body boards and a beach buggy to carry it all to the seaside located in the storage closet.

Two nicely appointed bedrooms boast comfy mattresses, one with a spacious king and the other with a double bed and one set of bunk beds. The sectional couch in the living room also has a queen pull out bed. Each bedroom has a television with cable. Guests have access to tennis & pickleball courts, pool, beach, restaurants, playground, fitness center, bike rentals and beach-side bar. One parking pass included with rental. Additional passes available for $25/each per stay.

Wonderful Stay

We really enjoyed our stay. One of our favorite things was the deck that overlooked the lagoon. We enjoyed seeing the wildlife: turtles, birds, the geese family with their three little chicks and even the alligator that we named Fred lol. We of course stayed a healthy distance away from Fred. We loved the amenities at this resort complex. We were a very short walk away from the beach. We also enjoyed the access to the tennis courts. The condo was comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Nicole was quick to answer every question we had immediately. We had a great time!

Relaxing Getaway

The condo is so adorable and the perfect size for a week getaway. The living area couch is so comfortable and spacious. We enjoyed all of the extra amenities on the property.

A Great Experience in Hilton Head

Our stay at Folly Field was a great experience. The condo is in a great location and convenient to stores, restaurants, etc. In addition, the condo was clean….the view from the deck of the lagoon was tremendous. I highly recommend staying at Folly Field when you visit Hilton Head.

Cute and Clean!

The condo had everything we needed, was very comfortable and the balcony had a nice vantage point to watch the neighborhood alligator. The host was quick to respond.

Great location for on island activities!

We attended a wedding in Hilton Head and this condo was the perfect spot for us! Location was central to all of the activities and everything was within a short drive. This unit was especially quiet being on the corner near the pond and the balcony was a nice little respite each morning. We were there around Halloween and the resort was pretty dead, I imagine it's a lot more bumping during the high season.

Overall a great experience!

We absolutely loved the property! if I was allowed to put half stars in here I would do 4.5 stars instead! My wife and I stayed here and had no complaints on the condo at all. It was fairly priced, close to the beach, and the back porch looking over the lagoon was fantastic! The condo has everything you needed for a quiet beach vacation! The only reason that I did not rate a 5 star was that the host did not send us the check in details of the stay until after we had already arrived and we had to reach out through the app to get checked in. Which resulted in us waiting about 30-40 minutes at the front desk after driving for two days. It was not the end of the world, and she called the front desk and got it taken care of, but this should have been done before hand.otherwise, no complaints at all!

A great family vacation!

We had a great time staying in this condo! Great decor, updated appliances, comfortable furniture. Loved being on the first floor with minimal stairs. There was plenty of parking spots available right next to the condo building. The lagoon view was nice, and we were happy to see the resident alligator on our last day! We brought our own beach supplies but used the condo's wagon, which was very handy to have! Loved the resort, everyone was friendly and kind. We took advantage of several of the amenities -- the pool, the pickleball courts, Jamaica Joe's, and, of course, the beach! My kids made friends at the pool. The laundry facility by the tennis courts now has an option to pay via app, which was convenient. The only critique I had was I felt the housekeeper could have done a better job cleaning. The carpet was not vacuumed and there was dirt along the baseboards. It was not bad enough for me to reach out to the owner, though -- just making note for her as I've seen that others had similar feedback. We had a wonderful stay and were sad to leave!

Excellent stay

Great stay!

Our family of 5 had a great vacation. The condo is just as described and very clean. Easy walk to the beach, pool and playground. We enjoyed our morning coffee looking out at the pond. Having the restaurant and bar right there by the pool and beach made life very easy. We will be back!

Great weekend getaway

This condo was just like home. You have everything you need. It was just my husband and I, but if you had your kids or friends, there is plenty of room. The host was great. She answered all of my questions immediately and was very helpful.

Last Minute Get Away

Property was clean and they had everything that we needed. We had a short walk to beach and owner provided chairs, buggy, boogie boards and we just had to bring the kids beach toys. The unit faces the pond which had so many turtles and there was an alligator the pond!!!

Nice Beach Getaway

We were able to snag a last minute reservation for Spring Break. The condo was very clean and well kept. The pictures were very accurate. We loved the resort which had bike rentals, private beach access, a large pool with lots of room and three different places to eat. I enjoyed having my coffee every morning on the patio overlooking a little pond and the playground. Well worth the money and a nice stay overall.

Perfect getaway

Beautiful condo! Wonderful place to stay. The owner was very helpful and nice and I would recommend anyone to stay. Look forward to another trip. Hopefully I can stay here again!

Our property is well maintained, nicely furnished, and has the best of both worlds at HHBT - a lagoon view tennis villa that's just steps from the beach!
