Luxury TWO STORY 3 Bedroom 3 Bath Oceanfront Home with 2 Oceanfront Patios, Gas Firepit, 2 Car Garage, and UNOBSTRUCTED VIEWS from the 2nd Level Living Room and ground Floor Master Bedroom. This home is without a doubt, one of the nicest beachfront rentals in Newport Beach.
Our home includes a Smart TV, WiFi, Propane BBQ, Washer & Dryer, Linens, Beach/Bath Towels, Boogie Boards, Beach Chairs/Toys/Umbrella, etc
Home professionally managed by Tower 17 Properties
This newly renovated home has the Kitchen and Living room area located on the 2nd level allowing for unobstructed views of the beach while people-watching by passers on the strand out front. Also located on the 2nd Level is a private deck, full bath, and a 3rd Bedroom. Located on the ground level is our master suite with direct access to the ground level patio as well as the kid's twin bedroom and bath.
Bedroom 1 - 1st Floor Master Suite with King-sized bed, en-suite bath, walk-in closet, direct access to the patio, and AMAZING VIEWS.
Bedroom 2 - 1st Floor (2) Single Beds + ensuite Bath with tub/shower combo.
Bedroom 3 - 2nd Floor Queen Bed, utilizes 2nd-floor Hallway Bathroom.
Located directly outside the Master Bedroom is the ground-level patio equipped with a Patio table, Chase Lounge Chairs, as well as a NATURAL GAS BBQ and FIREPIT!

Located on 4th Street just a quick walk from the Balboa Pier, Fun Zone, & Ferry with Volleyball Courts and Firepits directly in front you are never more than a few minutes away from the action! From our home, you can safely walk or ride bikes anywhere on the peninsula. With more than 30+ restaurants & bars, shops, boat/jet ski rentals, etc. within a 2-15 minute walk, you will always have something exciting to do.
For those of you seeking a Daytime adventure, the Catalina Express, Whale Watching Tours, and Sailing Adventures all depart from across the Street.
For those of you with kids, Balboa Fun-Zone is just across the street on the bay making this home an ideal location for families.
For those of you wanting to Shop, you can hop on the Balboa Island Ferry and catch a quick taxi up the Hill to the Shops at Fashion Island.
IMPORTANT HOME NOTES:
- Upon completion of reservation tenants will be required to comply with the HOUSE RULES (including additional rules) outlined in our online Advertisement. Please review prior to submitting your booking.
-Tenants will be held responsible for any/all penalties and fines incurred during their stay as well as loss of rental revenue resulting from the suspension or revocation of the Property City Lodging Permit.
- Upon arrival, the guest will be greeted by a staff member to verify identification matching the primary reservation holder. The primary reservation holder must be present throughout the duration of the reservation. Any exceptions must be approved in writing by Tower 17 Properties & Management.
- Guests submitting a reservation the same day as their arrival date are advised to message Tower 17 Properties prior to submitting their request. Same-day reservations may be required to accept a later than advertised arrival time of 5 pm to ensure the completion of our cleaning and inspection process.
- Primary guest must be 25+ years old and present throughout the entire reservation.
- City of Newport Beach Quiet Hours 10 pm - 7 am.
- No Patio Access after 10 pm
- Please review house rules regarding noise, day/nighttime occupancy, etc.
- Noise from surrounding homes, adjacent units, and beachgoers should be expected.
-The property has a small apartment over the garage which can be rented separately. Other than laundry in the garage, NO AMENITIES are shared with the rear apt including the patio or firepit.
- You are provided with the (2) Tandem Parking spots on the LEFT side of the 4 Car Tandem Garage. Although your Large Trucks/SUVs may fit inside, compact vehicles are recommended. Garage Dimensions are 168 inches long (14 feet), 90 inches wide (7.5 feet), 78 inches high (6.5 feet)
- Firepit must not be left unattended while ignited for any reason
- High Chair & Pack n' Play must be requested 48 hours prior to your stay and are provided pending availability.
- This property does not allow pets of any kind but will accommodate service animals. If a pet is brought to the property without notification, a charge of $499 plus tax and applicable fees will be charged to your reservation.
