Our stay and the space was comfortable- although during Tropical Storm Lala. The property managers were responsive to issues. We mainly stayed in our villa, but access to the property amenities were available.

Lovely spacious accommodations! The fairly evenly match 3 bedroom/3 bathroom set up worked perfect for our group of 3 families. Bedding was comfortable & there were useful appliances/kitchen tools (we made some breakfasts in the residence). Location was a short walk to Dukes restaurant (great food) & the beach (gorgeous- included awesome snorkeling just off shore). The residence feels secluded, but close to everywhere we wanted to be. As a group we felt like the price was worth it compared to other nearby options. We were very pleased overall.

Aloha Jayson and mahalo for your comments. We're happy to know that the condos were spacious and comfortable, and served your group well. Duke's is indeed a great restaurant, and it's nice that you also prepared some meals in the condo and found the kitchen well-equipped. It's great that you enjoyed the awesome snorkeling right off the resort's beachfront! We're glad that overall you were pleased with your stay, and found it to be a good value. It was our pleasure to host you, and we hope to see you again. With aloha, MRR

Excellent and convenient Maui location

Loved the condo and proximity to beach and local food trucks. Didn’t get our. Heck I’m instructions until I landed and called. We had an issue with ants and had to deal with ourselves as their maintenance person couldn’t come out. Not enough to keep us from coming back now that we know the drill. Probably the best place we’ve stayed in Kannapali.

Aloha Sridhar and mahalo for your comments. We’re glad you loved the condo and its proximity to the beach and food trucks. Our guest experience team ought to have sent your arrival instructions in advance, and we apologize that you needed to call us. We have addressed this service failure with the team. The Honua Kai manages the pest control at the resort and performs quarterly treatments, but ants can find their way in. Typically, we can assist regardless of the hour, but due to a staffing issue, we were unable to assist that night and apologize that you needed to deal with them yourselves. Thank you for feedback, we hope to see you on your next Maui vacation. With warm aloha ~ The Maui Resort Rentals ohana

AMAZING - Will return for years to come!

AMAZING rental, just like the photos. We stayed with a party of 7, 6 adults and 1 infant and it was couldn't have been a better place. Super safe for the baby and really nice for the adults. Easy access to all the resort amenities. The only thing to point out is that while the stove top is a really nice induction stove, the pots and pans provided are not actually induction cookware. So either the stove doesn't recognize that there is a pot/pan on top of it, or it takes a really long time to heat up. It's not the stove, it's the cookware! In the whole scheme on things, a very minor issue. If you are traveling with little ones, you can also send packages in advance that will be brought to your rental when you arrive which makes traveling there even easier. We've definitely found a place that we will go to again and again in the coming years!

Aloha Cybal and mahalo for your comments. We agree this is an amazing home and we’re glad you had a great stay. We’re sorry that you found non-induction cookware in the unit. We removed two incompatible sauté pans and ensured the home has a full set of induction cookware. We’re also glad to know our team received and delivered your packages. Guests can also have packages and mail sent directly to the resort. Thank you again for your comments. We look forward to seeing you on your next Maui vacation. Beautiful, Convenient location!

Beautiful spot perfect for a larger family or Several couples. All high end appliances. Beautiful lanai and outdoor kitchen. More cleaning supplies would have been helpful and more bath towels were needed in every bathroom (we were only provided two in each bathroom) but otherwise everything was great.

Luana Garden

Exceptional condo and nice location. The 3 bedrooms all had king beds and own bathroom. It worked well for our group of 6. Baby items available upon request. Maui Resort was easy to work with- they willingly cleaned our Lanai for a special family dinner. The only suggestion is to have cleaning supplies available for guests as well as more paper towels, garbage bags, TP, etc. Overall- excellent and we will be back!
