Great location, very clean 2 bedroom, 2 full bath and fully equiped kitchen. 2 king beds were super comfortable! Perfect for 4 adults. Beautiful view of the mountains. Walking distance (10 min walk) to the square to get to the gondolas and where you can get the free bus into downtown area. We visited in the summer, fun watching the bikers ride down the mountain from our balcony. And the little bear that came for a visit! Drew was a great host!!

This unit has been updated and is well appointed. The location as well as the two king bedrooms made it perfect for two couples. The host was very communicative and responsive.

Late summer stay. Condo was clean, in a convenient location, very quiet and comfortable for 3 people. Drew was quick to respond to any/all questions. Easy check in/ out.Would definitely stay again.

Review

Great place to crash for a night. We chose the place because it listed a sauna. Unfortunately the sauna didn’t work. Short walk to restaurants at the bottom of the mountain. Over all won’t chose this place again.

Robert, I am so sorry the sauna didn't work during your stay. This is the first time I have heard of that not working, and I wish you would have mentioned it as I would have had someone at the condo ASAP to help sort thru this and potentially get it fixed if that were possible. Given the sauna is part of the entire condo complex we can't always control the repairs needed for that but we can absolutely address it if we are notified it is an issue. I sincerely apologize that it wasn't working for you. I will inform the HOA management team and appreciate you bringing this to our attention. I hope in the future you would be willing to give us, your host, or future host at other locations an opportunity to help you should you have problems by simply sending us a message. We do our best to make sure all is working and operating correctly for every guest, and I am very sorry that wasn't the case during your stay. I wish you the best for the next trip you have to Steamboat and hope you find a great place to stay!

Steamboat

Pretty comfortable unit.Great view of mountains and ski runs.Was there in summer but I imagine just great for ski season.Only downside unit was a little small. For more than 4 people would be cramped.Other than that nothing wrong at all.Thanks for the stay.

Spencer, Thank you for your review. Yes, you are correct: for 5 people this is pretty tight. That 5th sleeping arrangement is best suited for a small adult or better yet a kid. As far as the size, it is 880 sq ft which given the location in Steamboat and right on the slopes it is right in line with a majority of other 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condos in the area. The only condos larger are far more expensive to rent and own or they are not ski in/ski outs right on the slopes. I wanted to clarify that for future guest and appreciate you mentioning it. Thank you!

Trip with friends

This property was very clean and updated. We only stayed 1 night so we didn't use any kitchenware and am unaware of the stock. The only reason I docked "Accuracy of listing" 1 star was because I had to clarify that one of bedrooms had privacy. The pictures look like you can see through the glass bedroom doors from the tv room, there are in fact curtains which block the view. Other than that, the place was great for a short spring stay. We were not there to ski.

convenient location

We had a nice stay in Steamboat over the 4th of July. While it was rather warm at night, it was an enjoyable stay with plenty of amenities.

Spring Skiing

Everything was as explained. Check in and out were very easy. All communications were concise and easy to follow. Overall an awesome place with great views.

Perfect

The location/ease of access of the property was ideal for skiing. It was easy to load our gear in and out of, being "ground level" to the parking lot. It is an easy elevator ride down to the ski lockers where you walk out ground level to the ski track. It took us a few days to learn the most direct access to the slopes, but once we figured it out, it was a breeze. The property was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. The fireplace was cozy and warm. The views from the living room and back bedroom were great- right out onto the slopes. Easy walk to the village to grab food or a drink. Would definitely stay again! Thanks Drew!
