The home was just ok for what we paid for. I thought it would be a little nicer. It smelled weird when we were there. The beds were springy and not comfortable.

Very nice condo. Wonderful surroundings trees, creek, wildlife. Parking was close and road/path was in good condition. The neighborhood area was quiet. Everything was clean and functional.

This is a very nice property. The location in relation to town is good, the location in regards to the ski resort is excellent. Our only difficulty was in checking in. The app said our access codes would be listed when the unit was “clean and ready”. At the 4PM check in time there were no codes. I called and was told they would send the codes. By 4:15 I was forced to call again, on that call I asked verbally for the access code. By 4:25PM after we had gained entrance to the unit I finally received a text message with an access code which was of course pointless by then. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay.

When we checked in, there was a 5 foot area on the carpet in the lower bedroom, soaking wet leaking from the closet. The boiler was leaking all over the floor. The place was not cleaned well and our socks were completely black after one evening in the unit The service man said the boiler had been leaking for quite a while so that also tells it hasn’t been cleaned well to not notice the spot. Beds were extremely uncomfortable. Customer service was very good, and did offer us another unit because they had to fix the boilers. However, we had already spent an hour unpacking our car and setting up the unit.

The boiler issue was an unforeseen mechanical problem, and we appreciate your patience while our team responded. Once we were made aware of the situation, our team worked to address the issue and offered to relocate you to another townhome within the same complex so you could continue enjoying your stay with minimal disruption. We understand that you had already unpacked and settled into the property, but the relocation option was available to you. You chose not to accept the move and instead requested to cancel your reservation. The alternative home would have allowed you to continue enjoying your day and then move into the other townhome at the end of the day, avoiding the inconvenience of a full immediate transition. We also appreciate your comments regarding our customer service and are glad our team was able to communicate with you and provide options. We will share your feedback regarding the cleanliness and comfort of the home with our housekeeping and operations teams for review. Thank you again for sharing your experience.

Great Getaway

We loved our time here. Great spot and place to stay. Very hot, but house stayed cool even with no a/c. We plan to stay again sometime.

Fantastic location in Steamboat

My wife went to Steamboat to celebrate our 6th anniversary, and stayed at this townhouse. It was beautiful, in a great location, and very cozy! We want to come back with our family now :) highly recommend!

Great location for a quiet mountain getaway.

Great location on the mountain with lots of close options for hiking/biking. The property could use some upgrades, especially in the kitchen but is manageable if not great for people who are cooking in.

Great property with sauna

We spent an extended weekend in the property. It was very nice, clean, warm and a perfect place for a short break. It also had a sauna which was superb after a long cross-country skiing trip.

Perfect Summer Lodge

Its a beautiful location and the condo is close to town but far enough away so that it is very quiet. We loved the back deck for enjoying coffee in the morning and a cocktail in the evening. The propane grill is new and worked great. The place is cozy overall and my girlfriend loved the sauna, especially. We would definitely stay here again.

Great ski weekend

We had a great stay at the Winterwood property. The unit was spacious and had all the necessary amenities. Clean and cozy. Plenty of towels and blankets. The shuttle to ski mountain was a huge plus! Would definitely come back here again!

Great location, plenty of space!

Loved our stay here! Right at the mountain and close to grocery, liquor store, etc. There is plenty of room to spread out and the condo was very clean with a well stocked kitchen. Great for families. We particularly enjoyed sitting out on the covered back deck to enjoy the sounds of the nearby creek. Owners were very helpful and easy to work with too! Will definitely be back!!

Glad you were able to relax and enjoy your stay after the Wild West Relay! The back deck with the sounds of the creek and all of the trees were a major draw for us to this location.

Wonderful home away from home!

The condo was tastefully furnished and very comfortable. It had everything we needed. We enjoyed the peaceful deck every morning and evening. The sauna was a nice bonus. We would love to come back to Steamboat and enjoy this fabulous rental again. Thank you!
