This unit had more added than advertised. Lots of kids stuff (life jackets, floats, etc.) It also included floats and beach chairs.

Kitchen was fully equipped and the whole place was very clean and welcoming. Pool was clean and inviting, my whole experience was exactly what I was expecting and more. Highly recommend and will be returning again.

This property is amazing! Pools, hot tubs, minigolf, tennis courts, beach volleyball and a private beech. We were there over a “break’ week and it still didnt feel crowded but there were enough kids around for my kiddos to make playmates. The unit itself was really well furnished with ample beds, a well stocked kitchen and comfy living room. We ate many meals there as we didn’t want to leave! The host was responsive and entry/exit was super easy. The perfect vacation spot close to San Juan and the mountains.

Highly recommend!!

Beautiful place! Very clean and centrally located. Great for any group. The private beach and swimming pool were awesome. Great communication with the host. Very attentive!!

Amazing Stay

Nice gated community, it was more then we expected. Pool options and private beach access was amazing! Would definitely book again soon!

Great stay!

Clean, fun, family friendly. Lots of different pools to choose from, nice beach as well. Good location close to the rainforest and also not too far to go into San Juan. Highly recommend.

Safe and comfortable stay in Loiza

The property was extremely safe and well maintained. The propery was clean and well taken care of. The kids loved the access to the small beach and multiple pools, a d even more so the domestic animals around the property to name. We would gladly stay again!

Great family stay

Family of 6 with 4 adult boys- we had a great time. We were so glad to find the HOT jacuzzi. After hiking, walking, swimming, scuba or snorkeling during the day the hot tub was very enjoyable. It was so nice to use the cooler, beach towels and chairs that are provided.

Wonderful stay

Everything about our stay was great. The condo was relaxed and cozy and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Our kids loved the pool areas steps from our door and the beautiful landscaping, birds, iguanas, etc. felt like waking up everyday in paradise. We loved the location— 30 min to San Juan, 30 min to Luquillo, close to El Yunque. There was lots to see and do for our family.

Great condo!

The condo was very tidy and a good size for our family of 5. The condo was centrally located to the activities we had planned while in Puerto Rico. The beach access was beautiful and the pools were well maintained.

Beautiful Aquatika

The condo and complex at Aquatika were lovely! The beach at the end of the complex was clean and perfect for relaxing under the sunny sky and taking a swim. I would recommend to anyone visiting PR.

Good place with everything you need

Clean and well mantained place. Communication was good and the host gave us good information about the are and things to do. Sofas are stained and a little dirty, but the rest of the place was spotless.

Comfortable, cozy, lovely Aquatika

We love the apartment and the beautifully-kept gardens, pools, and facilities. Aquatika does it well! The owner was incredibly responsive to our emails and questions. If it were closer to San Juan we would come every year!

Great complex with pools and access to areas of interest

Nice pools and little beach. Had to wear a wrist band the whole time to access property. No good food options in area but found plenty within 15 mins of condo. Clean/ could use paint in some areas. Host was good with communication communicate

Cleanliness and location.

The place was spotless and beautiful... and loved that it was close to Isla Verde and pinones and not that far from luquillo. Unfortunately the last two days we were in the middle of a hurricane but the owner was 100% communicating with us and really attentive. I will definitely recommend it and I would definitely come back.
