My family of 5 stayed here in June, the host was very nice and accommodating, the apartment had everything you could think of and more. There were so many different things to do around the complex we were there 3 days and barely scraped the surface. There were amazing beaches, you’re very close to the rain forest and a multitude of food options! Would recommend to everybody!

Wonderful apartment! Mercedes was an excellent host and answered every question. I highly recommend staying at this location. 24 hr gated security, well maintained property, everything you need. Location is perfect, view from the balcony is all you need. If you’re looking for the perfect family spot, this is it!

Excellent stay in Fajardo!

The condo was the perfect location. Close to the beach and right on the marina where our excursions left from. The condo had everything we needed. We had a great time!

The view from the condo is spectacular! Security is very tight, so everyone felt very safe (even though we had no reason not to). The condo was very clean and comfortable and met all of our needs. It is ideally located - we were able to walk for breakfast and other meals and and also walked to the marina for our catamaran excursion (Salty Dog) - highly recommend! Mercedes was very responsive to our needs!

Beautiful place and full of amenities

Mercedes's place is beautiful and we had a good time. The balcony overlooking the marina is the best spot to chill. The unit is well-located within the complex. It is so close to the pool, the gym, and the parking. Loved our stay there.

Mother’s Day Getaway

For the second year in a row we stayed at this rental for part of our Mother’s Day celebration! Great location and host. We like that it is in the same level as the parking lot and easy access to the pool which is a very short distance away.

Week in Fajardo

Stayed at the condo with friends. Nice location by the marina in a secured location. Condo was quite comfortable and very clean. Had a great time and good communication from host.

Perfect location and accommodations

Beautiful and secure condo in gated community with parking, pool, jacuzzi, and weight room. Perfect for our family of 5! Mercedes was so kind—very helpful and made sure we were comfortable and had everything that we needed.

Modern condo

Loved watching the boats, birds, fishermen each day. Enjoyed our stay and a very comfortable condo. Met many nice owners an renters at the pool very friendly..

We stayed here and it was just perfect! The location is so convenient and around everything. Mercedes is such a wonderful host. She treated us like family and was super responsive. The condo was everything we needed and super roomy. We felt safe at all times and it was so quiet at night to rest for our long adventure filled days while in PR!

Relaxing Stay

The view was so amazing it was literally calming. The neighborhood was very quiet and safe. We loved the pools. You can smell the cleanliness when you walked in the apartment which was the most important thing to me.

Beautiful apartment

The apartment was great. Clean and had comfy beds. More than enough room for the 8 of us. Pools were a plus. Would definitely stay here again. Host was very responsive and answered all questions right away.

The apartment is exactly how it looks it is beautiful nicely kept up the host was very nice no problems check in was easy it was a great stay very comfortable we will definitely be staying again in our future stays
