Guests can arrive and park in private parking to spy this light blue, beach cottage, decked out with an open, furnished front porch, as well as a shaded side and back yard, both featuring outdoor dining spaces! Step inside and into an open-concept, airy floor plan on the first level. To the left of the entry, there is a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and a breakfast bar seating four. A breakfast nook off to the side provides a corner nook for two, perfect for morning coffee! The kitchen blends seamlessly with the adjacent dining area, offering comfortable seating for 8 around a generous dining table. The living room has plenty of seating to accommodate both family and friends and is flanked by the large side open porch and a rear deck open porch, as well.
