Great beach getaway

My husband and I stayed here for a long weekend getaway. It was the perfect location, had everything we needed and was well cleaned. The host was very communicative and great to work with. Will definitely come back again!

Just amazing

I can honestly say it was an absolute pleasure to stay at this property. The host community freely and clearly throughout the whole stay, the rooms were clean and fully stocked, and being right on the beach just ties it all together. I cant wait to stay here again!

Robyn and Dino have created a perfect site for a get away. Teh condo is lovely and the basics one would need are included. The recommendations for sites to see and eateries are spot on, and the inclusion of a recommendation for Bellhop Boys is SOOOO helpful! I recommend this site for any looking to relax and enjoy the Topsail beaches!

Perfect Stay!

We have stayed at Topsail Dunes for the last 5 years but this was our first stay at Robyn’s place. She is the most attentive owner and her property was exactly as described. She has thought of everything to make sure that her guests have an amazing get away! We would love to come back!

Terrific time at Topsail

This was by far one of the best places we have stayed in. The home was beautiful, very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Robynn was very communicative and responsive. The location was perfect. We would definitely return!

A Topsail Beach Gem!

This was a lovely condo to spend the week at the beach family; it had everything we needed for cooking at home and going to the beach. The beds were comfortable and the place was CLEAN, which is so important to making a guest feel welcome. I appreciated the easy communication from the owner! I would stay here again.

The condo had a GREAT location and we had a wonderful time!

The Condo is right on the beach and has great views. It had been updated, beds were comfortable and it was very well equipped to meet our needs. Beach is in good shape and one can easily walk miles each way. The owners were very attentive and helpful with any questions we had. Everyone had a fun time.

Robyn was excellent to work with. She stayed in communication with us, offered suggestions for things to do and places to eat. The property was perfect. Location, access to the beach, the pool. Love the area. Far enough to feel more secluded, but close enough to drive to places. Loved Karen Beasley turtle rehab. Voodoo brewing had a good choice of beers, their pizzas were good, and my black and blue burger was great. House of Breakfast has a nice variety of food. We also did our fair share of cooking in the condo. Everything we needed!The ocean view deck and the screened in porch were great ways to start and end the day!

Great Condo with great views

Robyn was on top of everything. Very clean and fresh. Our favorite places were the balcony and the screened in porch. What a great place to enjoy the beach!!

Lovely stay!

Everything was so wonderful during our stay. The condo is clean, it was spacious for our group of 4 adults and 2 kids, the furniture was cozy, the view was lovely on both sides of the condo (loved that), everything we needed was provided. Very thoughtful touches to make our stay worry-free and relaxing! Robyn was great at communicating and helping with recommendations on things to do and see on the island. We hope to be back to visit soon!

Loved the details and amenities our host provided--beach chairs, toys, a wagon, the location had a playground, pool, and so close to the beach!! Gorgeous property 💖

I cannot recommend this condo enough. It is a stunning property with high standards for cleanliness, and Robyn was excellent at every turn (from restaurant recommendations to answering logistical questions). The pool and other amenities were also fantastic. We stayed mid September, and it was not busy at all. Perfect for families with young children. Looking forward to coming back!

Great ocean views with family

My family and I enjoyed staying in this condo for a week of fabulous ocean views, beach/pool access. You can’t beat being able to walk directly out to the beach. We were comfortable and appreciated the washer/dryer, full updated kitchen, balcony and screened porch. The condo met our standards of cleanliness, however bedrooms were small with limited storage space for our belongings.

Perfect Spot

The hostess was an excellent communicator and very responsive! The condo was great and the beach was the place to be. We brought our children to see family and share where several of them were born. We also showed them where I was stationed with the Marines and where their Dad worked. It was a great trip and you will not be disappointed if you stay at this condo.

Beautiful, convenient, as advertised

Beautiful property and owners were great to work with. Everything was as advertised. I especially appreciated the well-stocked kitchen and that the "little things" (e.g., soap, a starter garbage bag, condiments, spices, cooking oil, toilet paper, etc.) were provided so we could settle quickly into our stay without doing a ton of shopping. We will hopefully be back in the future for a longer stay!

As a child I spent many memorable summers on Folly Beach SC at my Aunts Beach home. Owning a place to bring family together is a dream come true. Kids don't remember what gifts you gave them 5 years ago but they do remember the quality time you spend with them. What better place than the beach to make memories to last a lifetime!
Topsail Island attracted us because of the laid back, small town feel and of course the beautiful views of the ocean and the Intra-Coastal Waterway. The hard sandy beach makes for easy walks or bike rides along the shoreline searching out the seashell treasures found at North Topsail.

Walk out each morning to a panoramic view of the Crystal Blue Waters of the Atlantic Ocean. Enjoy morning coffee on the large extended balcony that our end unit affords. As our unit is on the top floor there is more privacy and spectacular unobstructed views. The large private screened porch with ceiling fan offers the perfect spot to unwind after a day at the beach sitting in the large wicker rocking chairs taking in the beauty of the Topsail Sunset over the waters of the Intra-Coastal.
