We were happy to find a very clean and comfortable house for our vacation. The house had everything we needed and we liked the quiet, rural location that is just down the street from water. The notebook with recommendations for local restaurants and things to do was extremely helpful.

We had a great vacation to Maine and enjoyed our stay. We had meals and enjoyed campfires on the deck. We cooked many meals at home and we took many walks.The master bedroom & huge bathroom ! were wonderful! Thank you for your prompt communication. My childhood friend and I rented this home for our four day visit to Acadia National Park and the surrounding area. It was a spacious home; actually more home than we needed, so we certainly had plenty of space to spread out. It was very comfortable for us. In anticipation of chilly nights in the forecast, we contacted Susan, the property manager, about the heat not working and she promptly came by and corrected the situation. When we contacted the property manager about a problem we were having with heat, she promptly responded, and took care of the problem. This home would be a good choice for families wanting space to roam in a rural area.We found the beds to be very comfortable, and the kitchen was very well equipped, however, the home was not as clean as I expect in a VRBO booking.

A wonderful home base for a fall trip to Maine!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was clean and very comfortable. A great place to explore Acadia National Park.

The house was great - plenty of room for the family and to hang out in between adventures. The neighborhood was also wonderful for morning walks. Just a short drive to Acadia and Bar Harbor.

Relaxing stay

Stayed at this property for the Memorial Day weekend. Very nice and quiet area. We did couple trips to Acadia. Few min from the house there is Carter’s Beach which offers nice relaxing views.

Relaxed Coastal Me Vacation.

We had a wonderful stay in this home. It is close to everything but far enough away that you can enjoy the peaceful atmosphere when you want to relax. We had plenty of room and everything was as advertised in the listing. Would stay again.

Quiet and relaxing vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The property was spacious and even nicer than it looked in the pictures. We spent a lot of time exploring the nearby Tidal Falls, and Bar Harbor was only about a 30 minute drive away. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a Maine getaway!

Great quiet location

Love the location with easy 7 min walk to the cove. Awesome place to put in your kayak at high tide! Easy drive to Schoodic Peninsula which became our favorite location to climb rocks.

Check-in and check-out were a breeze. Great directions were provided and we found the property easily. The host was very communicative throughout our stay. The property was just as described. We loved the location and it was very peaceful. Our favorite spots were the sun room and by the fire pit on the back porch. The jetted bathtub was wonderful after the long day hikes at Bar Harbor and Arcadia National Park.
