Beautiful, centrally located apartment with panoramic views over port de soller bay. Perfectly placed opposite the iconic tram stop and at the bottom of the main shopping street. Various beaches within minutes walking distance and plenty accessible walks and hikes. Surrounded by a huge array of bars and restaurants and also on the cusp of the charming old town with its winding streets and anchor viewpoint. A perfect place for a family holiday back to a favourite resort.

We absolutely loved our stay! The property is in an amazing location and was perfect for our family. This was our first time traveling with our grandbaby, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. The house is wonderful for a family, but it would also be perfect for couples traveling together. The views are breathtaking—we spent most evenings out on the terrace, enjoying the beautiful view of the marina. It quickly became our favorite spot to relax at the end of the day.The beds were very comfortable, and having air conditioning in the bedrooms was wonderful. The home had everything we needed to feel comfortable and enjoy our time in Port de Sóller. It was a very special trip for our family, and this home was a big part of what made it so memorable. We would absolutely stay here again and hope to come back!

We had a wonderful time in the property which was clean and well equipped with wonderful views. It was ideal for swimming, the restaurants and the tram into Sóller. It did not bother us, but there are a lot of steps in the property which might make it difficult for old people and very young children.

Magnificent balcony

Fantastic location although can be a little noisy first thing in a morning. Excellent accommodation. Excellent outdoor kitchen - spent most of the holiday on the balcony with friends/family.

Super location and wonderful apartment. We especially liked the bedroom on the top floor which stepped out directly onto the open terrace area. The apartment is thoughtfully designed and offered perfect accommodation for our whole family of 6 adults (3 couples) for 1 week. The location is fantastic, right next to the tram stop, and with supermarkets and other shops right next door. We could pop out and buy fresh breakfast each morning in just 2 minutes. Each bedroom has its own air-conditioning unit, plus another for the lower floor general living area. Also a good fan on the terrace. WiFi was very good throughout the apartment. The open kitchen area, large table and gas grill was super on the terrace. As was the lighting and seating for very comfortable open air evenings.Isabel was a very good host. She met us personally on arrival, and answered the few questions we had during our stay almost immediately.Walking to the beach took literally 1 minute where sunbeds were always available, or general beach space for no charge if you have your own towels and parasol etc. Loads of good restaurants very close by for the evening scene. Many thanks Isabel for a lovely holiday.I must emphasise just how good the location is, right on the Marina side with lovely views of the boats, and the people walking by and using the trams.

Dear Chris, thank you so much for your lovely coments and this delighted that you and your family had a wonderful time. Indeed the duplex layout of the apartment with the large open terrace and the location are perfect so close to the shopping, restaurants and most importantly meters away from the beach. We hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you back in the not so distant future. Wishing you all the best. Isabel

Girls Trip in Paradise!

Myself and our girlfriends just got back from one of the most amazing properties we have ever stayed at. The location is perfect and has the most amazing view right over the port and is sea front. Communication with the host Isabel was prompt and very friendly. Amazing value for what it is and we all hope to return. Highly recommend.

Superb accommodation

Fabulous villa on two floors, overlooking the marina and tram stop, with wonderful views from the upper terrace/balcony. It is extremely well equipped and very spacious - we lacked for nothing. Isabelle was great and very helpful, not that we needed help as everything was perfect. Yes, it’s noisy in the early morning when the street cleaners come out but rather that than dirty streets. We found that everywhere we went the locals were so incredibly friendly. Also found great restaurant opened since our last stay in the Port 7 years ago Patiki Beach on Repic Beach. Pricey, but so is everything - tram 9€ one way!! We were 3 adults and 1 3year old.

We wanted a location where my elderly father could walk around and not be isolated if my wife and I wanted an hour on the beach and a swim in the sea - again very close. We wanted to be able to walk to where we would have lunch and our evening meals. This apartment is in the very centre of where you want to be in the resort. The main supermarkets for bread and more importantly wine are all close by.The inside/outside terrace was great from coming back and the last drink and chat before bed. There is one downside and could be a major one for anyone with mobility issues (and heavy suitcases) and that is the stairs. There are a lot of them but the host warns you about this. However we are talking of 36 to the font door and 48 for the top floor. Once up them however then everything is great.Good beds - size and comfort. plenty of chairs and a large table but only 2 loungers when we were there. Showers good and powerful. Air conditioning where needed.Overall hard to say how it could be better - except the stairs if you have someone who is elderly or has mobility issues.Would stay again no problem.

Dear Gary, thank you for the great coments! Well appreciated. Hope you had a good overall weather. Indeed there are few steps (36 to the main entrance to an additional 12 to the large roof top terrace). However the positive point is you are steps away from the beach, the “paseo” promenade and the stores and I am Glad your father enjoyed the place. Hope we will have the pleasure to welcome again soon. Kind regards. Isabelle
