I have three nights available at my timeshare at the world-famous Marriott Shadow Ridge Villages for lodging from Friday to Monday Morning. Four additional nights are available either preceding or subsequent to the festival at a reduced rate (please check the calendar for availability).
Those attending the music festival can purchase all-day/night transportation shuttle passes online to be picked up at the Shadow Ridge Villages resort.
The Marriott Shadow Ridge Villages is a world-class resort that also has many fantastic amenities for guests including golf, restaurants, bars and proximity to the prime Palm Desert shopping.
Below are the details for the room and resort amenities. You will be hard-pressed to find a lodging value during the peak Spring season this good anywhere in the desert!

As a highly experienced rental property owners, my wife Tracy and I have nurtured a keen focus on attending to all our guests' and tenants' needs by ensuring that their experiences exceed their expectations. This is evidenced by our villas' numerous 5-star ratings across all our properties and repeat visits from many of our guests.
To add our personal touch, we personally oversee the management of our villas but also have a highly attentive and locally-based property manager who we carefully selected given his strong track record for caring for all our guests needs both prior and during their stays.
Not only do we take pride on offering the most amenities within our villa, but we also are happy to offer the most competitive rates within the Marriott Shadow Ridge community.
Our ultimate goal is for our former guests to recommend us to their friends and family for future vacations given their hopefully highly positive experiences and memories from their recent stays.

Our Marriott timeshare offers our guests all the resort amenities that they would expect from any Five-Star hotel while offering significantly more space to stretch out and relax versus a standard hotel suite. We fell in love with our villas' large separate kitchens, in unit laundry and close proximity to all the great amenities within the Shadow Ridge resort!
