The home is equipped with several exterior security cameras and a doorbell exterior camera used for security monitoring purposes.

Below are the House Rules. Please read them prior to confirming your reservation.

1. Quiet hours are between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am. These times are strictly enforced. Any violation will result in immediate eviction, complete forfeiture of the security deposit and no refund for remaining nights.

2. Check-in time is any time after 3 pm. Check-out time is any time before 10 am. You're welcome to request an early check-in or late checkout, but this is not guaranteed and we can only confirm 24 hours in advance.

3. No glass is permitted on the pool deck or in the jacuzzi.

4. We do not allow smoking of any kind inside the home.

5. Parties or excessive noise are not allowed.

6. Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises. Guests recognize that they may personally purchase insurance to protect themselves in such events.

7. Our home features an open concept floor plan centered directly around the pool with many doors opening out to the water. There is no child's safety fence directly surrounding the perimeter of the pool. Please be advised of this safety concern when booking the property. The property is only suitable for those who can swim. All individuals on the premises/pool, assume full liability for any injuries, damages or losses that may occur.

8. Optional pool heating service available for $75/day. Please inquire about heating the pool prior to your stay as it can take up to 3 days for the pool to be fully heated in the Winter months. There is a 3 day minimum for pool heat. This extra payment will be charged as an extra service through VRBO.

9. When you make a reservation with us, you are agreeing to all of the above House Rules.
