Family Perfect with Lagoon pool and Crystal Sand Beach!

Thank you for your review. We're glad to hear you enjoyed the resort's convenient beach access and the on-site burgers. We're sorry that the parking garage and elevator experience did not meet your expectations. These are shared resort amenities that are designed, owned, and managed by the condominium association rather than by individual unit owners or hosts. During peak summer weeks, when the resort is at or near full occupancy, parking and elevator traffic can become heavier, particularly around check-in, check-out, and meal times. While these aspects are unfortunately outside of our control, we appreciate you sharing your experience, as it helps future guests understand what to expect when choosing one of the largest and most popular beachfront high-rise resorts in Panama City Beach. I am saddened to see such a negative review as most of my other reviews are 5 stars. However, I must admit that the room was not ready by 4pm as contracted with our cleaning company; I tried very hard to be apologetic and suggested many activities which I thought would be helpful in waiting for the room to be ready, I understand it may be felt as dismissive of the problem. In hindsight, I should have offered a refund of the cleaning fees instead. The upside is that my cleaning company is excellent; this is the first time they did not finish cleaning by the contract 4pm time.
