Our unit has not only been updated with fresh paint and all new furniture throughout, but also includes a new refrigerator with ice maker, and a full size washer and dryer. The fully equipped kitchen includes a combination drip/K cup coffeemaker, toaster, blender, waffle iron, and seats up to seven for dining. The living room has all new furniture including a sofa bed with upgraded mattress, electric powered recliner, and 50” smart TV. The master bedroom includes a king bed with comfortable mattress (we have back issues so a GOOD mattress is a must), and a 42”smart TV. The second bedroom offers a twin over full bed bunks also with upgraded mattresses. All our bed pillows are non allergy quality. Both bedrooms have full bathrooms with combination tub/shower, updated granite counter & sink, convenient hair dryer, and new plush towel sets. For your convenience we have also provided a beach umbrella, 6 beach chairs, a collapsible beach wagon, coolers, and sand & water toys. You will find these items in the large deck box located on our balcony. Additionally, we have equipped our unit with board games, and you will find convenient charging ports on all our night stands and most tables in the unit.
