Warren Beach Rentals is thrilled to offer Grand Panama 1204!!!
You will love this fully renovated condo directly on the sparkling Gulf shores!

Our beachfront unit #1204 is on the 12th floor, with a large balcony that affords a direct view of the Gulf, pool, and white sand, just steps away from the beach, pools, tiki bar, and hot tubs.
This unit has been completely redecorated this year with NEW and FRESH designer furniture and bedding.

This is a fully-furnished 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit, with a bunk bed alcove area and queen-size sleeper sofa.

Enjoy free WiFi, cable, flatscreen smart TVs, and a fully-equipped kitchen with coffee maker, blender, and toaster. Watch the sun set right from your balcony while you enjoy dinner at your private patio table.

Pets (dog only) considered up to 25 lbs with the exception of emotional support pets. There is a $225 plus tax additional pet cost per dog and the pet must be registered in advance through the HOA. Grand Panama is the ONLY pet friendly modern condo on the gulf.

Grand Panama HOA additional costs: The resort cost is 55.00 The resort cost includes 1 parking pass and wristbands for everyone in your reservation 13 and older. Wristband replacement is 10.00 Motorcycle parking is 55.00. Trailor Parking is 55.00(only during bike week). An additional parking pass can be purchased for 35.00 during registration. Only two parking passes are allowed per unit. Guests bringing a pet to a Pet Friendly unit must register the pet in guest registration system. Pet Sleeves are 25.00 per sleeve.

This upscale resort has all of the best amenities, including two massive pools (one seasonally heated), two hot tubs, on-site fitness center, and a tiki bar with food and drinks right at your fingertips.

it was wonderful except for the elevator situation. at one point we couldn’t ride up to our floor. we waited for an hour. finally had to take the stairs to the 12th floor.

We were in town to attend the Seabreeze Jazzfest and this was a great place to stay. It was clean with a wonderful view. Highly recommend.

My stay at Grand Panama

The condo was very nice and clean and the ocean view was great. The tunnel from one building to the other was not bad! I would definitely stay here again sometime!

Loved this condo! Great location to everything as well! Beautiful view from the balcony! The Condo was Super clean and had everything we needed! Master bedroom bed was super comfy! We were actually very impressed with The entire grand panama resort, every area was so clean and well maintained from the pet friendly area, the pool deck, elevators, parking garage, just every part of the resort is so clean. Super nice place! The pool at tower one and tiki bar were awesome! Tiki bar serves food as well! Loved having the ice machine to get bagged ice at tower two everyday for our coolers for beach! There's even a little general store on bottom level of tower two if u needed something and didn't want to run to the store. Also a little shop to the left of store that had sandwiches/pizza/donuts/and ice cream. Can't say enough about this resort but I know we will most definitely book here next time we are in pcb!

Great Stay

Rikki hit has good drinks and food. The facility is hands on making sure the elevators were clean and working properly. Most condos seem to neglect this feature. Condo was super clean with comfortable bedding and furniture. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking. Nice place!

PCB Fun!!

My husband, myself, and our dog stayed at the GP 1204 for almost 6 weeks ,Feb.-March. We have stayed at the GP for 7 years around the same time. This is our first time to rent thru Warren Rentals! Check in and check out went very smooth! The Condo was clean and nicely decorated( just like the pictures)! The beds were incredibly comfortable!! Warren Rentals was quick to communicate with us if needed!! We love GP and would definitely rent from Warren Rentals again!!

Great place and location in PCB!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Grand Panama in PCB. 1204 was comfortable, clean, and had a great view of the beach! It’s high up enough to drown out most of the pool noise (which was not bad most nights). The bed in the master was soooooo comfortable. I’m definitely going to miss that. The convenience of being right on the beach was great. Chair rental wasn’t overpriced for what I’ve seen elsewhere ($50/day for 2), and one of the less crowded beach areas in PCB. Still very easy to get to all the fun areas in town!

Definitely felt beachy. Loved all the Decor. Sliding glass doors to the balcony from master BR and LR. Great view of beach and pool. Plenty of room for the 5 adults that stayed. Fast elevators, great parking,close to everything, had no problems. Definitely would stay again. The Blairs, TN

For the price you pay to have it cleaned ,it just isnt. We had to mop our selves and the floor was filthy, tv in rooms didnt work,they never check drawers nor clean under beds ,filthy...cabinets falling apart frigerator was rusty but overall had a nice veiw and plenty of room

Excellent property

This trip has been our favorite one ever. The property is clean, great decor, and exceptional place to stay. We fell in love with the property and will always check with this Warren Beach rental property for our next trip. We would give 10 stars if possible.

Overall good vacation

The internet barely worked. This was extremely frustrating for all of us. Coffee pot was tricky, but we managed. There was no working outlet in the bunk room. The vacation was great, but would not stay at Sterling Breeze again without better internet

Wonderful week in PCB

Great Time Away

The property was clean and the Grand Panama did a great job of keeping the common areas cleaned. Unfortunately the pool was closed twice for maintenance issues but the beach was incredible. The short walk to the beach was the best part.

Review of the apartment

Everything was fine except that there was a smell of dog urine throughout the apartment even one of the furniture apparently had been urinated on and has not been cleaned or changed(my cousin sat on the furniture and as soon as he got up he smelled dog urine) everything else was fine.
