Welcome to Grand Panama 407, a beautifully appointed Gulf-front retreat designed for comfort, relaxation, and unforgettable beach vacations. This spacious two-bedroom condo comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests, featuring a convenient bunk nook and a queen sleeper sofa for additional sleeping space.

As an added bonus, your stay includes complimentary VIP Beach Service from mid-March through October, featuring two beach chairs and an umbrella set up daily on the sand—a value of approximately $400 included with your reservation.

The open-concept living area and Gulf-front primary suite both offer direct access to one of the largest balconies at Grand Panama Resort. The Gulf-front primary suite features a comfortable king bed, flat-screen TV, private balcony access, and a spacious ensuite bathroom complete with dual vanities, a soaking tub, and a separate walk-in shower.

The guest bedroom offers a queen bed and convenient access to the nearby full guest bathroom, providing comfort and privacy for family or friends.

Additional sleeping accommodations include a cozy bunk nook in the hallway, perfect for children, as well as a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The living area also features a flat-screen TV, comfortable seating, and spectacular Gulf views through sliding glass doors leading to the balcony.

The fully equipped kitchen is thoughtfully stocked with everything needed to prepare meals during your stay. Granite countertops, updated appliances, and ample cookware make dining in both convenient and enjoyable.

Rental Policies:

• Primary renter must be 25 or older and remain at the property throughout the stay
• No college or high school party groups

Pet-Friendly Beach Vacations Welcome:

Grand Panama is one of the few Gulf-front resorts in Panama City Beach that welcomes your four-legged family members, making it easy to enjoy a beach getaway without leaving them behind.

Pet Policy:
• Dogs only
• Maximum of 2 dogs permitted
• Maximum weight: 25 lbs per dog
• Non-refundable pet fee: $225 + tax per dog

HOA Registration Requirements:
To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests, the Grand Panama HOA requires advance pet registration prior to arrival. A pet license and identification sleeve/tag will be issued and must be worn by your dog while on the property.

Important: Guests must provide current vaccination records as part of the HOA registration process. We strongly recommend obtaining these records from your veterinarian before traveling, as registration cannot be completed without them. Unfortunately, we have had guests arrive after their veterinarian's office was closed and were unable to provide the required documentation, which delayed or prevented pet registration.

If you're planning to bring your dog, please let us know at the time of booking so we can help guide you through the registration process before your arrival.

Resort Registration & Parking Information:

Grand Panama Resort requires guest registration upon arrival:
• Resort registration fee: $55
• Includes one parking pass and wristbands for guests ages 13 and older
• Additional parking pass: $35
• Maximum of two parking passes per unit
• Motorcycle parking: $55
• Trailer parking: $55 during Bike Week only
• Replacement wristbands: $10
