1600 sq. Ft. Condo har en perfekt beliggenhed i MiraFlores direkte overfor den canadiske ambassade. Condo er rummelig og masser af privatliv med to niveauer. Familieværelse, terrasse og rekreationsrum giver masser af komfort. Dette er et ejerlejlighedskompleks, og kun få enheder lejer. Derfor er dette et roligt, sikkert og behageligt condo, hvor du kan nyde dit ophold i Peru.

5. Marina, vores lejlighedschef, er den bedste. Lejlighedsledelse er hendes forretning. Hun er på vagt og vil løse ethvert problem, der måtte opstå. Hun koordinerer din ankomst og viser dig rundt i lejligheden. Hun bor 5 minutter væk i Miraflores.

6. Vivanda Supermarked ligger to gader væk. Dette er en eksklusiv komplet købmand med en bank. Det er ved siden af bygningen Herbal Life. Kontoristerne fører faktisk dine dagligvarer tilbage til din lejlighed!

7. Vaskerum har vaskemaskine og tørretumbler i fuld størrelse, jern og taghøjde lukket. Speciel ekstra lejlighed Vandpumpe til ekstra vandtryk til at rumme flere brusere og dræn.

8. Vores hjem er dit hjem - alt, hvad vi kan tænke på, er inkluderet i lejligheden. Vi ønsker, at dette skal være en fantastisk oplevelse for dig og stressfri.

Great Location

The penthouse is in a great location central to Kennedy Park and Larcomar. The owner and property manager were both very accommodating to our needs and easy to contact for all arrangements. We recommend the apartment to all visitors wanting to experience staying in the Miraflores district of Lima

Great apartment in perfect location

I have stayed in probably 6 or 7 different apartments in Lima, and this is one of the nicest. Great location in Miraflores across from the Canadian embassy. Walking distance to Kennedy park and all that entails as well as 2 blocks from Vivanda grocery store. Also within walking distance of one of my favorite restaurants in Lima, Panchita which is one of Astrid and Gaston's. The apartment is clean and well laid. Bedrooms and common areas are comfortable. The recently remodeled kitchen is very nice and pretty big compared to other place I have stayed. The best part of the apartment is the PRIVATE roof top terrace.

Every thing you could want or need

We stayed here in October 2018. It was an outstanding experience! The apartment is perfectly located, 2 blocks to Vivanda grocery store and 3 blocks to the marvelous water front walk in Miraflores. The top floor location puts you away from the sometimes noisy hustle and bustle of the Miraflores neighborhood and provides a great view of the Lima city. The neighborhood is safe and we felt comfortable walking at all times of the day and evening. The apartment is well appointed and comes equipped with everything you need for a very comfortable stay. Yes it was great and yes we plan to stay here again on our next trip to Lima.

Excellent Stay in Prime Location

Check in with Isabel was a breeze and we appreciated her and the property owners great communication. The space was very clean and well stocked with everything you could need. Really appreciated the bag of coffee provided. Our five day stay was very enjoyable and the location is only a few blocks to the ocean. The rooftop is serene with views of the city and the ocean. Fans were provided in all rooms so that’s good for the summer months. Lima is vibrant and when the windows are open there will be some city noise but that is virtually anywhere you go in Lima. A strong walker has great access to Larcomar, Parque Del Amor. Parque Kennedy and the numerous parks along the Costa Verde. This was a perfect base of operations to explore Miraflores on our five day stay. I would return and recommend to anyone.

Spacious apartment in a great location in Miraflores

We spent about 2 weeks in this apartment and enjoyed it very much. The two level apartment has plenty of space and everything we needed. The kitchen is large and well equipped. The terrace on the upper level is very nice with lots of plants. The laundry facilities included a washer and dryer, both of which worked very well. The apartment was clean and the building was safe and secure. There were 2 phones in the apartment, one for local calls and another phone that could be used to call US or Canada for no charge and that was very useful for us. We like that area of Miraflores and could walk just about anywhere we wanted to go.

Very comfortable and Safe place

You will feel at home in this condo. It is very clean and provides everything you would need and more. The view from the roof top terrace is spectacular! It is very close to the grocery store and several restaurants and parks, all within walking distance. Plenty of taxis in the area as well. We felt very safe walking around day and night. The owner is quick to respond and extremely helpful! I would not hesitate to book this place again.

Wonderful condo. Had everything we needed. Was very clean and property manager was very helpful in arranging a driver and giving directions. Would definitely recommend this to anyone. Felt very safe. Close to everything!!! Great place!

Miraflores penthouse jewel

This is the second time we have stayed at this lovely apartment in the heart of Miraflores. It has a great location near grocery stores, shopping, restaurants and entertainment. The apartment is very safe because it is across the Canadian Embassy. One of the best features is the large well equipped and very clean kitchen. It has very good size bedrooms. A highlight is the upstairs open terrace which has a family room nearby with good WiFi and a separate laundry room with a washer and dryer. The owner and manager are very responsive and gave us many helpful tips. We highly recommend staying here.

Fantastic Penthouse in Lima

We had the most amazing stay in Lima here at the penthouse. We felt safe with the doorman and had a LOT of space to relax and hang out in. Allen and his wife went above and beyond to help us arrange a taxi to the airport when we had to get our luggage. Marina (who watches over the property in Lima) was so caring and welcoming. She was also great to help us. The place is just as described and exceeded our expectations. The location is right in the heart of Miraflores and is near a few shops and restaurants and isn't that far from the seaside. 100% would recommend! Thanks for making our trip in Lima so great!

Like Home

We were five adults and our stay was for a week. We were very comfortable and had a great experience at this house. The rooms were very clean. Everything was in good working conditions. The kitchen had all the necessary tools and utensils. Plenty of towels and extra blankets. There are some toiletries left by other guests but you'll need to purchase some more. There is a supermarket "Vivanda" a short distance away which delivers! One great advantage is to have phones in the condo, two landlines (one for local and one for direct calls to US), plus two cell phones that we could take with us when we went out instead of using our cell phones (we added minutes at Vivanda for less than $2/each). This condo is on the 11th floor and it has its own beautiful terrace on the 12th floor with an extra room and a full bathroom. The location is great and we felt very safe. There is a security guard at the entrance 24/7. The manager Marina was on call at all times for guidance. I thank Allen the owner for delivering everything he promised. It was really like being home.

Best location ever!

Myself and three coworkers stayed in this apartment while in Lima on a business trip. Absolutely perfect location! It's close to cafes, shops, Kennedy Park, a lovely grocery store and in a comfortable walking area. The design of the apartment is ideal, 3 bedrooms and 2 baths on the first level and another bath, tv room, and fantastic deck on the upper level. Allen, the owner checked on us as did Marina, the apartment manager. The 24 hour front desk security was appreciated and even though they didn't speak English, they were always willing to help us. Marina also arranged for a driver for us at various times and he was prompt and helpful too. I look forward to returning to Lima and staying in this apartment again. It was a special treat!

Fantastic apartment!

I stayed in this wonderful apartment last summer (or winter - depending on which side of the equator you are on) with 3 of my girlfriends. The apartment is even nicer in person - the pictures don't do it enough justice! The property manager, Marina, was very sweet, and we enjoyed meeting her. The owner, Allen, called to check on us and gave us ideas on what to do and where to go - which was very helpful. The apartment is in a great location in a great neighborhood. In addition, as American citizens, we were so grateful for the magic jack phone!!!! Highly recommended property!!!

Lima Apartment

Our month long visit in Miraflores was wonderful. Relaxing with lots of things to see and do close by. Within walking distance to wherever you wanted to go. The apartment is well furnished and nicely decorated and has everything you could need. Allen called several times while we were here to be sure everything was going well. His property manager, Marina, is a delight and very helpful. Even though we had a communication problems we managed to get by.

Great Location, Wonderful condo!

First, wanted to express how greatful we are to the owners - their guidance, tips and support through out from palnning our vacation to after we've arrived back from vacation. They really made sure we have everything we need, and safe. They even called during our stay to make sure we are doing OK and answer any questions we have. They gave us phones to use which came in very handy - as well as Wifi. The condo is in a great location relatively close to a lot or activities - the parks, restaurants, grocery, Kenney Park, the beach, the ruins and stores. We loved the stroll to Kennedy Park - and if you are up for it - youc an also walk all the way to Larco Mar - but it should be a 5 - 10 minute cab ride. Condo was decorated and furnished well, very clean, spacious, relaxing and in a very safe neighborhood. My kids loved the playroom/activity area they have set up. The patio is also awesome - great for barbacue and rexation time. Will definitely look for this condoa gain when we go back to Lima.

What a great condo

I have been living in Miraflores for a little while and my parents wanted to come visit. We rented this condo and it was great. The location was the biggest plus. It is close to Park Kennedy, which has cafes, restaurants, and bars all around it. It is also close to Lacomar Mall, which has tons of restaurants, shopping, cinema, etc.. The mall overlooks the ocean and has and exotic feel because it is up on a cliff. The condo was very clean and the lady that checked us in was so nice. We ended up giving her a big hug before she left. :) The owner also emailed a couple times during the stay to make sure everything was good. Even the doormen were great. Next time I have friends and family come, this will be the only place I would consider.

A Hotel Just Can't Compare

As a woman traveling alone on business, I couldn't have done better than staying in this condo. Allen (owner), Marina (property manager), and the security staff were a perfect combination of friendly + professional; any questions I had were promptly answered and a minor glitch I had with the wi-fi connection was quickly resolved. I felt very safe in the apartment and surrounding area, and appreciated the convenience of the nearby Vivanda supermarket. Taxis pass by regularly, which made getting to my meetings a breeze. The apartment is modern, spacious, clean and well-maintained and boasts an exceptional view of the city. I thoroughly enjoyed relaxing and working on the rooftop terrace - beats a cramped hotel room any day! I would certainly recommend Allen's condo to business as well as vacation travelers and would happily stay there again.

Very convenient, pleasant place to stay!

We rented this condo for 5 days and it was all that it was presented to be. It was very clean, well laid out (love the terrace on top!) and convenient to everything. Transportation was easy, the taxis pass by all the time. The owner, the manager, and the security staff were all very accomodating. We had a marvelous time!

Feel at home in Miraflores

As the realtor says the 3 most important things in a property: location, location, location. Vivanda store 2 blocks away. Banks closeby. Easy to use ATM at Scotiabank across from Vivanda. Short walk to all the amenities (great restaurants, Parque Kennedy, artisan market and more.) We have family in Peru and what a great place to entertain. There is no enhancement of the owners description, the place is great. It is easier to list the downfalls of the place cause there are none. Excellent repore with the landlord and manager and security staff. I wish I had 3 full bathrooms in my house. Three bedrooms was great for our family of four, and the room off the terrace can be used as a quiet place just to relax by yourself.

Simply Gorgeous and Amazing!

The moment we walked into this amazing apartment, we knew we'd found the perfect vacation rental. This place is simply wonderful. We stayed here for 8 days and wish we could have stayed longer. Making arrangements to stay here was easy, the owner easy to communicate with and we were met at the apartment at the time we had requested by their helpful, cheerful host in Peru. The place was exactly as shown in the photos. Clean and immaculately kept. Very bright with plenty of windows. Very spacious. And bathrooms aplenty! The upper floor (and especially the roof-top deck was simply gorgeous. LOVED, LOVED, LOVED the deck - and got to enjoy New Year's Eve from here. Watched the fireworks from all over the city from here which went on for hours. The apartment is outfitted with everything a person could ever need. Having laundry in the suite was perfect as well. This quiet apartment is in the perfect location and close to everything you could ever want. It is very walkable to everything - from here we'd walk to the cliffs overlooking the ocean nearby, walk to our favorite coffee spots, hundreds of restaurants to choose from, easily walkable to San Isidro and absolutely anywhere in Miraflores you'd like to go and yet a quiet neighbourhood to be in. Right across the street from the Canadian Embassy. The grocery store, Vivanda is just two blocks away on Jose Pardo. In the other direction, two blocks away on Grau is a very nice bakery/cafe called La Mora. Larcomar Shopping Complex is easily walkable to, as are Park Kennedy and Central Park Miraflores. The front-door staff were always very pleasant, helpful and always greeted us with big smiles. We loved this apartment and if we ever return to Lima, we'd definitely stay here. LOVED this apartment and highly recommend. This place made our stay in Miraflores very memorable and provided us with wonderful travel memories.

Wonderful holiday

The apartment is beautiful and provides everything promised in the property description. Everything is in excellent condition from appliances and dishes to bedding, towles, furniture, etc. The Owners, Allen and Luchi, are very helpful and make themselves totally available to provide suggestions and information. Marita, the property manager in Lima, was easily accessible and also very helpful. Our two month trip to Peru was beyond our expectations and we highly recommend this apartment for it's comfort, location to everything and the fabulous views. The huge rooftop terrace was definitely my favourite spot to enjoy a glass of vino tinto!!!

Welcome, I am Allen and my wife, Luchi, is Peruvian. I promised her that I would buy a beautiful home in Peru and I finally did. In this picture, we are walking along the ocean just a few blocks from the condo. We plan on spending more time between Chicago and Peru. I am determined to learn more Spanish.

I was reluctant to buy a place in Peru until I walked into this apartment. I loved the feeling of the large roomy rooftop terrace. You are not enclosed, you can enjoy the view, sunset, and feel the ocean breeze. Luchi enjoys the large size of the condo and terrace. There is plenty of room for the family to visit and party. We especially enjoy sitting on the terrace, enjoying a good glass of wine, or reading.

The location is great. The condo is only a few blocks from everything. Many areas of Miraflores are busy, congested, no parking, and noisy, but this particular area has wide streets, ample parking, and is not in a high traffic area, so less noisy.
