First-rate apartment and location

This was the second time I stayed here. This apartment is spacious and quiet. Everything is in good condition and works just the way it's supposed to. The owner is a polite and friendly guy, easy to deal with. I give it five stars.

Great Apartment

This is a big, pleasant apartment. The location is great. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe. Everything about the apartment is exactly as described. And my interactions with the owner were very easy and friendly. Highly recommented.

Outstanding

It was clean and it had everything we needed and more. The kitchen was fully equipped in case we needed to use it. The owner was very friendly and always available for anything (they live upstairs). The neighborhood was quiet and safe and close to many shops and restaurants. Great location. I would definitely recommend it and we look forward to booking it again when we go back to Lima.

Excellent location and value

This place is amazing. We’re planning to return at first opportunity. Best location in Lima - a block from the Marriott in Miraflores. Close to restaurants, parks and shops. Apartment is clean, spacious and filled with all conveniences of home. Comfortable beds in two bedrooms and a complete kitchen. Great WiFi, a desktop computer and satellite TV. Very friendly and helpful owners. Our visit was only four nights this time, but we’ll definitely return for longer stays.

Cosy and safe apartment in Lima

We stayed in Winter so no need to be by the beach. Easy to get Uber into Central Madrid. After having a very busy day in Central Madrid, we were happy to be able to get a Pizza Hut takeaway and bottle of wine close by to watch the English TV programmes available on the TV in the snug. Not very Peruvian I know, but we had just come in from a rain forest and Amazon adventure. Sometimes you need home comforts. Hosts were great

Very please with my choice

The place was very confortable, the location was excellent near to a lot of places t easy to commute from there. Hugo was very friendly, cooperative and very helpful. At the same time he respects your privacy. He just makes himself available pre our request. But never unannounced I really will go back.

A Perfect Stay in Miraflores!

We had an absolutely wonderful and comfortable stay at this apartment in Miraflores. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to the stunning Larcomar outdoor mall, with breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean. The neighborhood is incredibly quiet and safe, with everything you could need nearby: drugstores, grocery stores, restaurants, and even a church just steps away. Hugo and his wife are the most attentive and gracious hosts we’ve ever had. They went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. This was our second visit to their property, and it feels like a home away from home. Without a doubt, we will continue to choose this apartment for all our future trips to Lima. Great place to stay

This apartment is huge and full of light. The owners live in the same complex and were super friendly. I only met them at check in so they definitely respect your privacy. They were super responsive to any of my questions and provided lots of soap, shampoo, etc. I was initially concerned about photos 8,9,&10 in the listing; I thought there was no door to the primary and living room. But there are absolutely doors. The primary bedroom is so big it has a living space attached and a door to the patio. The apartment will be a special memory to our first Lima vacation. Thank you!!

Convenient and quiet location, wonderful amenities, exceptionally roomy

We had the most wonderful stay at the apartment. Our host, Hugo, was always responsive and attentive to our needs. The apartment locates very close to JW Marriott and the Larcomer. One can enjoy the beautiful sunset every day. The apartment is amazingly quiet and has more room than any typical vacation apartment. Amenities are great in the apartment. It has WiFi, hair dryer, safe, microwave, stove, refrigerator, washer, dryer, portable air conditioner, portable fans, cable TV, sound system for iDevices, home office with a desktop computer and a printer, and two sitting areas with comfortable sofas. It is literally a home away from home. We had the most enjoyable stay there and we will no doubt return if we visit Lima again.

A Wonderful Place to Stay in Lima

My husband and I stayed in this beautiful apartment for 4 nights in August 2014. Our plane was late arriving in Lima (2:00 am) yet Hugo was waiting for us and showed us around the apartment. The apartment was spotlessly clean, very comfortable and quite large. There are two large bedrooms with queen-sized beds and a lovely bathroom with walk-in shower. We had everything we needed to make our stay perfect -- well-stocked kitchen, washer and dryer, television room, and computer room complete with WiFi. The apartment is in a very safe and beautiful area of Miraflores. It is a short walk to the board walk and the beautiful Larco Mar mall. The restaurants in the area are superb. Hugo was very accommodating and drove us downtown one day and to the airport for our follow on flight to Arequipa. We would love to return some day and explore more of the area and we would definitely stay here again.

Unfortunately, my experience at this apartment did not meet expectations—especially considering the relatively high price.From the start, there was a persistent musty odor throughout the apartment that did not go away despite ventilation.The bathroom had a strong smell of urine that cleaning products couldn’t eliminate, likely due to the toilet not being properly sealed to the floor. The kitchen and refrigerator also emitted unpleasant smells, and the freezer had a particularly strong odor.I brought this to the host’s attention, but no action was taken, so I attempted to clean it myself.The shower water was difficult to regulate—alternating between extremely hot and freezing—and it took too long to reach a comfortable temperature. The apartment layout was also inconvenient: the TV, typically placed in a bedroom, was located in a small side room with an uncomfortable couch. We chose to sleep in the smaller bedroom instead, as the water heater was installed inside the main bedroom closet, which raised safety concerns. The most disappointing part occurred at the end of our stay. Although I had clearly communicated that my reservation ended on Monday, July 21 at 1:00 PM, I returned around 11:30 AM to find that the cleaning lady had moved and piled my remaining belongings into a corner of the apartment.Additionally, I felt pressured into accepting transportation help from the host. In hindsight, this felt more manipulative than generous and amounted to a violation of my Privacy.

Lovely apartment and amazing customer service!

My parents had a great time at this property . Hugo and his wife were very helpful, made them feel at home, were lovely and very helpful. The apartment is in an excellent location, in perfect condition, everything was cleaned, fully furnished, functional and organized.

Very nice apartment and excellent customer service

The apartment was exactly as described with all the amenities listed. Hugo was very nice welcoming us into the house. He gave us some tips on where to go and where to eat. If we had questions or concerns he was very attentive to help. I would recommend this place to friends and family.

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION

This was my first visit to Peru and Hugo's apartment was a perfect choice. Hugo was helpful prior to my arrival, giving me all the information I need to ensure I made the right choice. As a retired, senior lady traveling alone, I was very satisfied with the area where the apartment is located. I was able to walk to grocery stores, restaurants, parks and public transportation was about 4 blocks away. The apartment was clean and well maintained. TV & wifi reception was good. There was even a desk computer & printer for my use. Hugo responded immediately to anything I needed & helped arrange taxi transportation to & from the airport. Although there is no air-conditioning, there are several large fans. I would definitely recommend Hugo's apartment to anyone looking for a safe, convenient place in Miraflores.
