New for 2026: Rates per night include all fees.
Relax and enjoy your oceanfront vacation in this beautifully decorated Top Floor Condo (with elevator) including your own private oversized terrace. This 3 bedroom 3 bathroom 1680 sf home on Isle of Palms has stunning ocean views from the living room, dining room, kitchen and Master bedroom! Large flat screen tv in den and in all bedrooms. Fully equipped kitchen. Villa is a close walk to shopping and restaurants and only 15 minutes away from Historic Charleston.
Sleeping accommodations are for 6 guests only. Wireless internet, bed linens, and towels included. No Smoking and No Pets enforced by HOA and Homeowners.
Covered Parking for 2 Cars per Unit.
Elevator to top floor.

* No house parties, weddings, bachelor/bachelorette parties, fraternities, sororities, youth groups, or groups of students allowed. Strictly enforced rule.

This has been one of the better places that we have stayed at on Isle of Palm SC. Everything was as stated on Vrbo. I would definitely consider staying here again. The furnishings were new, the walk to the beach was an easy walk for my wife who had 2 strokes 3 years ago, the pool was kept clean and neat, and the 2 gas bbq's were clean and worked great for grilling. The beds were comfortable. We spent 9 days there.Thank Meg!

Condo was wonderful! Everything was very clean, the AC was excellent (set at or even higher than requested by owner) during our hot week in Isle of Palms. We happened to be there for July 4 and the fireworks display observed from our balcony felt like it was like it was being set off just for us! We enjoyed the balcony furniture for a few meals and for relaxing. The condo had a closet with several items available for beach/pool usage: some chairs, boogie boards and floats. The pool was never overly crowded and very clean. We were within walking distance of two places that served specialty coffees/cold drinks as well as several good restaurants. We had the best time and I would highly recommend! The beach view is even better than in the condo photo.

Perfect location!!

Our stay was amazing! This place is in the perfect location. Walkable to restaurants, coffee, ice cream, groceries etc. Easy access to the beach and pool! Everything we needed was in the condo and the views from the patio were wonderful! Everything was just as described and we will definitely be back. Extra nice that downtown Charleston, Mt. Pleasant and Sullivan's Island are also very quick easy destinations :)

More than luxurious

Pictures don’t accurately describe this place. It is HUGE. Very roomy, airy, and a great place for my family of five (M50, F45, M16, M12, F8) to spend several days. Our niece stayed over and the whole extended family (11 total) enjoyed a few dinners in the place. Will absolutely be back!

Memorial Day Weekend Trip

Beautiful condo. Perfect for our family of 5. 3adults and 2 children. Easy access to the beach and pool. Meg was a great host and very responsive to any questions. Parking was great with a covered garage. Walking distance to restaurants. Would highly recommend staying here and hope to do so again in the future.

Consistently Excellent Accomodation

This was our second stay at this property. The communication with Meg, the property owner, is always smooth and rapid. Questions and concerns are answered in short order. The property is kept in meticulous condition, which is why we keep coming back. The best place to stay on the Isle of Palms, hands down.

Ocean Side Fun

We had a wonderful stay at Meg's place. We loved that there was an ocean view balcony and easy access to the beach. Beds were comfortable and the unit was super quiet. The unit was very clean and we had everything in the kitchen we could need for cooking. You do need to bring your own toiletries and soap. We would love to stay again.

Week with adult children and their partners

The place was spectacular and perfect for our needs. Each couple had their own room and bathroom. The common areas provided just the right space to congregate. The kitchen was extremely well equipped and easy to navigate. And the deck offered mesmerizing views and sounds of the ocean (not to mention beautiful moonlight reflections). Of course, the oceanfront locale made it so easy and fast to get to the beach and there’s a nice pool area on the way. Finally, the host was gracious and welcoming, and she responded to any inquiry in minutes. We all agreed we would gladly go back to that property again.

Isle of palms review

Beautiful condo on the beach. Furnishing and decor are nautical and very comfortable. Chairs on patio are also comfortable. Kitchen is very well stocked and has modern cabinetry. Location is convenient. Very pleased overall. Would highly recommend.

Loved the property-great location for all activities in and around Charleston. Short 15 minute drive to downtown. Beach views are fantastic!
