The condo was clean, well kept. Easy beach access, great pool/hot tub area, good bar food by the pool, and a nice little store. The entry ways were exceptionally well kept. Really liked having a parking deck adjacent to the building. Negatives: the microwave did not work (a thing that is really nice to have on vacation), some lamps were unplugged with the cord wrapped around them like something is wrong with them, and some lamps did not have light bulbs. Overall, it was a very good experience for the two of us.

We’ve stayed at Boardwalk for the last 2 vacations and love the property. Very clean, comfortable beds, beautiful views. 100% family friendly! The only complaints I have are having to pay for parking on the property and wristbands to enter the pool. It was roughly 100 for a week. The year previously those were included in the room price. The condo itself was very clean however the last 2 days the bathroom started to have a strong smell from an unknown source. The morning of our check out day the fire alarms also started going off (no fire, PTL). The dryer also has lint issue, no matter how much you clean it, lint ends up all over your clothes. Overall we had a great vacation, just a few hiccups!

We appreciate you allowing us to host your stay in PCB and thank you for the kind review. We hope to work with you again soon! Boardwalk has switched to a new registration system so we can no longer include parking/armbands in the reservation total but we try to be upfront in each listing to make guests aware prior to booking.

Weekend getaway

My husband and I have been staying at Boardwalk Beach Resort for 8 years. The cleanliness and comfort of these condos is second to none. We very much enjoy the proximity to the beach, the Tiki bar for delicious food and the immaculate pool. We highly recommend for couples to large families.

Amazing View

The condo was clean and had an amazing view. There were plenty of towels and the water pressure was good. We were evacuating the hurricane so my husband needed to work from the condo and the internet worked great. The kitchen was well stocked and everything we needed was there. It is close to plenty of things to do. The restaurant at the pool was good. I look forward to going back as a vacation where we can really enjoy it.

Short birthday getaway

Entire unit was very clean from front to back. View on 6th was beautiful looking out . Queen bed was great and this impressed us. Facilities at this resort keeps us coming back. Elevators were fast, never had to wait. (Time of year helped I’m sure). The burger at the bar is still one of the best in area. We really had a good trip despite the heat at this time in Southeast.

While the host was so easy to work with m, I don’t feel they have visited the property in a while. When we got there you could tell the bare minimum for cleaning was completed. It needs a true deep cleaning. The toilet had a rock to it, we let the host know. They sent someone immediately to fix it but after they “fixed” it, it left an AWFUL sewage smell for the rest of the trip. We had to leave the bathroom door closed. We let the host know, again immediately they sent someone but their fix was mopping.. Building itself was not great. Elevators braking, slipping with people in there and constantly waiting since they were awful. They use industrial fans on the floors in areas and it smelt like mildew. They security guards will not let food be delivered to your room at all. None. Don’t get me started on the under 6 break rule. They have to get out and “rest”. Security will pull all of them out regardless if they just got in. They walk around it like a prison security. Pulling in the gate, make sure to have you tag in the window, don’t be nice and show it to them, “they know to read it”. We had one security guard that was the only nice one out of our whole stay. Just know your wristband and parking is not included in the stay. So you have to pay to swim in a facility you just paid a good amount to stay and parking. Unfortunately, I feel like the host will have more like this and with as nice as they are, the facility is ruining it. Not worth the money.
