This cozy condo boasts ceramic tile, comfortable furniture, and modern amenities and appliances. Take advantage of the full kitchen to prepare cost-saving meals during your vacation. Dine together at the nearby table with seating, or step through the sliding glass doors out onto the private, furnished balcony where you can relax and enjoy the sights and sounds of the Gulf. Guests will also enjoy the shared pools, children's water play area, business center, and well-equipped fitness room all right on-site.



Just two miles from this property, find yourself at Pier Park for shopping, dining, and several entertainment options for kids and adults alike. Dining choices are conveniently close to Sunrise Beach. Enjoy a dolphin experience at Gulf World, which is only a half-mile down the road. The Sunrise resort is my favorite place to stay. Views are spectacular! The room was as advertised, perfect for my granddaughter and myself. My only complaint was the 25th floor was noisy at night.

The minute we walked in the door we felt as though we were home. Warm and inviting.We appreciated the high level of thought and effort that had been taken with the furniture and decor. The beds were very comfortable with lots of pillows for added luxury. Mornings were the best on the high balcony. The simple, unexpected details, such as beach chairs and sand toys were much appreciated. Along with the complimentary chairs and umbrella from the beach service. This host thought of everything! The property was well managed and maintained, with staff members always available for questions. I deducted one star because the elevators were a nightmare! Ittook FOREVER to get up or down from the 25th floor! And beach service is first come, first served. If you want near the water, you must get down there EARLY. Unfortunately, the weather didn’t cooperate with us with heavy rain and lightning all week making the ocean rough , dark and murky. So no beautiful, clear, emerald water this time, but we intend to return. And we hope to be able to enjoy this place once again. Many thanks to the host!!

Great off season rental

This condo is well appointed and has modern updates. We enjoyed the views from the top floor balcony out over the gulf. Being the off season there was plenty of parking in the parking garage on-site. The building is well located near local attractions. The beach chair service was a great asset. We would definitely stay here again.

Top shelf on the top floor!

My family of 4 really enjoyed this condo on a 5 day visit. It was our first experience with Vacasa, and we would definitely return and vacation again with both. The condo was clean and well supplied with towels, wash clothes, hand towels. It's on the top floor (so great views), and the 4 elevators were fairly quick most of the time. The small fee for parking was worth it because we always found a convenient spot in the on-site garage-easy access to elevators. Vacasa's staff was available and excellent and was quick to address any small issues we had. Suggestions--Bring some plastic ware/paper plates unless you can run the dishwasher between meals because there's only enough utensils/plates/bowls for one large meal. We would definitely stay at this condo again!
