Luxurious Beach Block townhome in prestigious Diamond Beach. Villa House Condominiums, with access to private beach (8) beach tags, included. There are 2 decks with seating and ocean view on one deck. Coffee Connoisseurs we have two coffee makers Cuisinart Coffee Maker and Keurig K Cafe for Latte and Cappuccino Lovers. There are 8 Caribbean Joe Beach Chairs, 2 beach bags, 2 Caribbean Joe umbrellas, Large Orange Buggy & Beach Wagon to take items to beach and we top it off with a rolling cooler.
Diamond Beach is a quiet area located at the very bottom of Wildwood Crest and just over the bridge to Cape May. The back of the condo is located on a wildlife preserve. Covered parking for 2 cars and additional parking available. There are two balconies - one off the master bedroom and one off the living room. The beach is steps away and a pool is available. Amazing SunRise and Sunset Views. This is a beautiful, somewhat secluded area where you are close enough to the hustle and bustle of Wildwood, if you so desire, and secluded enough for a quiet get away. You can have the best of both!

The unit was clean, comfortable and relaxing. It was a short walking distance to the beach and they provided chairs, umbrellas, and a beach buggy among other things mentioned in the listing. Check in was easy. We had a great time and looking forward to coming back.

We have stayed in Diamond Beach for many years now. Villa House is a nice complex with a great pool and a short walk to the beach. Our unit was clean and had all of the amenities that we expected for a beach vacation, but the prices have become increasingly high over the years and some of the other units are a bit more updated. The only inconvenience was that we had to drive a few miles past our rental to get our keys from the realtor instead of being able to access the unit through electronic entry. Our host was great with communication and we would recommend this unit to others.

Cape May Vacation / Dance Nationals

This was the perfect place for us. Location was perfect and so close to the beach. Beautiful private beach, we loved it. Very spacious and clean and comfortable. Has everything you need close by. Highly recommend and would love to stay here again in the future.

Great family retreat

Great location, great rental, well stocked kitchen, easy communication with property owner- and the sunsets from the back deck were icing on the cake! We love the Jersey shore! ❤️

Diamond Beach Townhouse

Wonderful, convenient location and comfortable accommodations. We all had a great time. The host was very responsive to our needs. Make sure to bring your own linens as is the case with most Jersey Shore rentals.

Great Vacation

Wow, loved our stay at Diamond Beach. Home is Nicely decorated and very clean. Amazing Sunsets!!! The owner got right back to us. We will be back.

comfortable and clean

The host was very responsive everything was clean and unit furnished with new quality furniture . Pool was also well maintained deck had awesome views and sunsets

Wildwood crest fun!

My family and I just spent a wonderful week at this condo!! Already looking to see what week next year we want to come back. Everyone had a great time and there was plenty of room for 4 adults, 2 teenagers and a 5 year old!😍

Villa townhouse

Close to the beach, and had a pool. Large enough to comfortably sleep 6 people in the three bedrooms. Owner was responsive to answering questions even during the stay. Quiet part of town and we look forward to staying here again.

Wonderful

We had an excellent stay at this home. It is clean and very close to the beach. The views are beautiful. Jennifer, the owner was wonderful and quickly returned any questions that we may have had. We would definitely return.

Diamond Beach

Our stay was very nice. The house is beatiful and we spent a lot of time sitting by the pool, relaxing and reading some good books. Very clean place and the owner was very quick to respond to an issue with the Air Conditioning.Overall, very enjoyable week even with some bad weather. would definately rent again.

So close to the beach. Beautiful villa. Kitchen very well stocked and all appliances top of the line. Decorated with class. Had a great week. So close to lots of things. Love diamond beach

Wonderful quiet getaway!!!

Jennifer was great to deal with. She was very responsive. The unit is well stocked, nicely furnished and clean. Having the beach chairs and wagon was a huge perk. Would definitely rent with Jennifer again!!

Lovely Relaxing Week

We enjoyed our stay at Jennifer's place. It was so close to the beach! The home comes well-equipped with everything you will need. Super clean. Beautiful view of the ocean and the sunsets. The beach chairs/beach umbrellas and the buggy were perfect! Thank you, Jennifer!

First time in Wildwood

My husband and I had a wonderful weekend in Wildwood. It was off season and thoroughly enjoyable. The townhome was just as advertised and the perfect spot for quiet coffee on the deck in the morning and enjoying gorgeous sunsets in the evening. The beach is expansive and the home was just steps away from it. All the beach accessories were greatly appreciated. Thank you for a great getaway!
