Excellent property

We really enjoyed this home. Had everything we needed. Beds were excellent, pool was the best. We stayed for 5 weeks and it was the best vacation. We liked it so much we will be back next year I hope.

A+ as Amazing!

There's nothing else to describe but superb. The house is as picture perfect as it looks on the website except better in person. Wish we could've stayed for another week. Everything is clean and in place. The only thing I noticed is that some of the lights weren't working specially in the kitchen exhaust. However, there are plenty of lights in the kitchen that it really didn't bother us. Overall experience was awesome. My family enjoyed our vacation and staying at this house.

Ein traumhafter Urlaub

Vom Check In bis zum Check Out haben wir uns in diesem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung des Hauses, das Haus an sich waren wunderbar. Wir haben sehr viel Ausflüge unternommen. Sobald wir eine Frage hatten, konnte Caprice uns sie beantworten. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder und freuen uns jetzt schon drauf. Vielen Dank

Amazing Property

House was everything described and even better. For sure a luxury rental. Beds were extremely comfortable and plenty of room for all that stayed. The patio and sliding doors enhanced the homes experience.

Family vacation

This is an incredible house with plenty of room. The house is clean and well kept. The best part of the house is the enclosed pool. We spent most of our days here. Definetely will be back!!

Enjoyed our stay

No issues. Home shows better than the pictures. Neighborhood is a mix of older/newer homes. Close to shopping and beaches. Beds were a little too soft for our preference. But overall a great stay.

Nice

The construction across the canal was Very loud, Mexican music played all day at extremely high volumes, not great for relaxing at the pool which was the number one reason I picked this house also could use a baking dish in the kitchen other than that the stay was excellent.

VPV (village people vacation)

We are a group of friends who all live in the same location in Ohio. We rented this property because it gave each couple their privacy yet gathering for eating n playing cards was a plus. Everything we did was within a convenient distance from this home. We enjoyed Cape Coral, fort myers, the beaches the shopping the restaurants . The pool was fantastic and the sun deck was great. We really all did enjoy ourselves and hope to return ..

Beautiful home away from home

This property is clean, beautifully decorated and the kitchen is well stocked. It is also very convenient to shopping and great restaurants. We will stay here again.

Beautiful Property, shady manager

The property was/is beautiful. Everything is top line. The home doesn't necessarily seem to belong in the neighborhood that it is in, but it was fine. The hidden fees and back door charges left a lot to be desired. You are only allowed to use a small amount of electricity ($35 worth) but this isn't listed online or made aware until AFTER you book the unit. After you pay, of which there are no refunds, you get a new "agreement" that you are bound to and if you don't agree with it, tough luck you're out the rental fee. They take this extra electricity charge out of the damage waiver which isn't allowed. VRBO agreed with my assessment but the owner refused it and took almost $90 of extra electricity from me. We have five kids, we kept it hot in there (little AC) and didn't heat the pool and still open $130 in electricity. It's unfortunate that such a beautiful property is managed like it is. Ask for everything you'll be bound to prior to staying. Again, the property is beautiful. Business dealings...not so much.

Excellent!

This property was beautiful! Bedrooms each with TV and attached bath were perfect! Beds were extremely comfortable! Kitchen and living room area were great with plenty of areas to sit and eat or to relax. The pool and outside area were amazing! Plenty of lounge chairs, tables, couches, etc. My teenage daughters and I had an amazing stay!

Terrible All Around

The pool would not heat.. the entire reason I rented this house for my family. The owner tells me she can not work magic.. the pool repair man tells me a compressor is out. This pool was cold me entire stay so I asked for a compensation. They charge $56 for electricity because the pool was trying to heat and wasn't working and tell me they will refund $100. This ruined my vacation and cost me a lot of money to take my family to other place to swim instead of the home we rented to swim at.

Dear Betsy, We are sorry that you feel that way. This is a new build home and a compressor failure was absolutely unexpected, we started the warranty request immediately. The pool had a temperature between 82 and 84 Fahrenheit and failed to heat 2-4 degrees warmer, after initially operating well. We discounted you the days of failure, didn’t charge for electric and also discounted the extra grill cleaning fee, which was much more than $100.00. Regards, Aloha

Great Property Central To Everything

House is an excellent place to stay. Very Clean and Modern and like Brand New. There check in process was easy and it was easy to communicate with the management team of Aloha Rentals. We would stay there again if we ever went back to that part of Florida. Thanks for making our stay a great time. As a VRBO property owner and host myself I was a little surprised that some of the bare essential items were not available for use such as Dish Washing Detergent, Laundry Detergent, Extra Toilet Paper and Paper Towels. While there I inquired, they stated it is a self serve house but if you are using the property to host guests like a hotel some of these things should be provided and not at a minimum. Even thought the store is very close it is nice to have some of the bare essentials provided.

Amazing home in a convenient area

This was one of the most beautiful homes I have ever stepped foot in! Heated pool with floats and noodles was perfect for the kids. Huge kitchen and living area with enough private bathrooms and bedrooms to escape for privacy when needed. Walk in closets and spacious pool deck were an added bonus. Will definitely be staying here again!!

Stay at The Big Easy

The house was perfect size and was very clean. It was a new rental and could have used a few more items in the kitchen but it was a great stay.
