The parking area floods really bad when it rains. Making it hard to get out of your vehicle without stepping in at least 5” of water and don’t expect management to offer any help. The manager at Fireside Chalets definitely needs some customer service training.

Thank you for your 4-star review. We’re glad you enjoyed the property, and we’re sorry the heavy rainfall created an unexpected issue with the parking area. This is not something we have typically experienced at the property, and unforeseen weather conditions can sometimes create situations outside of our immediate control. We take concerns regarding our customer service seriously. Our calls are monitored and reviewed for quality assurance, and we appreciate your feedback as an opportunity to review the interaction and continue improving our guest experience. Thank you for choosing Fireside Chalets. We look forward to welcoming you again in the future!
