The place had great location. It was not clean. Toilet bowls and the rug were dirty. It was short on basic supplies like dish soap or laundry soap. Keeping a few extra pods would have sufficed. We had to make unnecessary store runs to get these things especially when staying with toddler/infant and buying these stuff was a little too much. Otherwise there was enough space. Play area was a good addition. Ac and tv everything was working fine.

We’re sorry to hear that some aspects of the housekeeping did not meet your expectations and appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention so we can review them with our team. This was perfect for our trip! The kids thoroughly enjoyed the game room and we had to go down to the basement and drag them upstairs for dinner every night. The location was very convenient to everything we wanted to do in town but the neighborhood was very quiet so you got the best of both worlds. Would definitely recommend this place to others!

We had a good last minute weekend at this house. It was close to the main road in pigeon forge. The house was spacious and had a fun game room and hot tub. It is in an HOA neighborhood and I was nervous a bit when I found that out, but it was fine. There were small things like with every house, blinds torn, remote in master needs replaced. But overall we loved this house and location. Would definitely stay again!
