We have a security camera/recording device in the front door monitoring only the front door and driveway for your safety.

Pool heat is recommended from November through April. Pool Heat is $30 per day plus tax. Please let us know a few days before your reservation. It takes hours to heat the pool and we will schedule it before your arrival.

PET FEE (for entire stay, not per day):
$150 for the 1st pet. Please select `Pet` when you book;
$75 +tax for each additional pet. We will send you an invoice for more than 1 pet after you book.

No commericial vehicles, RV`s, trailers, ATVs, and boats are only allowed to enter temporarily for loading and unloading. Towing not allowed

NO SMOKING or any other smoking-like-activities in the house.
$1000 fine for smoking plus actual remediation costs for smoking inside.

Good stay

I want to start off with that Mike the property owner was very quick to communicate and problem solve. Pros: Communication with Mike Simplicity of unit Kids tables Kids eating utensils and plates Minion mural Had 2 box fans available for use. As a Floridian this is a huge plus! Definitely need a fan at night to sleep. The extra security around the pool and the extra latch on the sliding door were a great addition having little ones. Lots of pillows on beds Cons: Unit not ready upon arrival Unit not clean - Mike offered to have cleaners come back because they just finished with construction. We refused as it would be too much of a hassle as we were already in unit. So we swept, washed linens and cleaned counters. AC unit went out twice- Mike was quick to have it fixed each time. Nothing he could have done to prevent the AC unit from failing. Bathrooms need a little TLC Pool screen was ripped and animals got in for 3 straight nights and ruined some of my kids pool toys and pooped in the pool - Mike immediately sent pool service out Kitchen needs knives and new cooking equipment like strainers and cutting boards Overall it was a nice stay and Mike was a very communicative and responsive owner and did everything in his power to make out stay comfortable. . We’ve stayed at Windsor Hills 3 times and we’ll definitely go back again.

Great stay for Disney trip

Perfect retreat for our family to visit Disney with a combination of relaxing pool days. Property was super convenient with our dog too. Owner was super easy to communicate with.

Would stay again

Communication with owner was fast and easy. The kids loved the private pool. Great location close to Disney/stores/dining. Only cons were that the kitchen was not well stocked with mixing bowls, cooking utensils, dish soap, etc. The showers need some maintenance. Overall though, my family really enjoyed our stay there and we would book again in future.

Good townhouse in fantastic Windsor Hills

Windsor Hills is a perfect spot to stay for visiting Disney. It never took longer than 15-20 minutes to get to any of the Disney parks. Once in the neighborhood everything is maintained well and there are so many amenities. Unless we stay at a Disney resort, Windsor Hills will be our plan. This townhouse was very basic, but served its purpose well. Myself and my wife, two kids age 2 and 4, plus my parents all stayed comfortably here without feeling cramped. The little pool was a very nice activity after visiting parks all day. Even with evenings in the low 60s the water was hot. This unit is a great location. Maybe a 3 minute walk to the castle playground and 3 minute walk to main pool/ arcade. For the price I think it’s a very solid value and would definitely stay here again.

Holiday Celebration

Wonderful property! Loved the theming. It’s was super clean and exactly as stated in the listing. Location is perfect for visiting DisneyWorld. Would highly recommend.

Loved the private pool

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was themed and very clean. The private pool was amazing for us parents to be able to relax and have the kids enjoying themselves close by. Would definitely stay here again the community was awesome and not overcrowded like most resorts.

Perfect for family of 6

Mike’s property was perfect for our 4 day stay in Orlando. It was incredibly clean and we loved all of the Disney decor (9 year old son LOVED the Star Wars room). It was close to Disney World (FYI traffic coming home from parks at night can be bad but no fault of the owner). Mike was very responsive and accommodating to our needs. Kids loved the pool and water slides at the clubhouse as well as the private pool. Highly recommend!

Absolutely the BEST!!!

We couldn't have asked for a better experience. This house was amazing. SUPER clean, great themed rooms, a spectacular private pool, all inside a gated community with all the amenities you could ask for. The host was great to work with - very accommodating and easy to get in touch with if needed. Next time we come back to the Orlando area, we will only stay here. We could not have asked for a better experience.

Great place to stay

Clean! I’ve had some dirty rentals before, but this is 100% as advertised and very well kept. It was just me, down for business, but I would absolutely bring my family here. Great amenities, I liked the putting green. Small private pool is great to have and was also clean. All in all great place and great host. Great communication.

Once upon a time in a not so faraway land, there lived a mighty king and queen who spent most of their lives working very hard. They were blessed with two beautiful children. One day, they decided to show their young prince and princess the magical universe of Walt Disney World. As soon as they had bravely ridden all the exhilarating rides, and eaten enough cotton candy to last a lifetime, the young children said, “Daddy, this was the best day ever!” At that moment, the king knew that this would be the perfect home for many little princes and princesses from around the world. To make that dream come true, he bought a fairytale vacation castle where all families could stay.

That was the moment our journey as property owners began. We wanted our own fairytale castle in which to spend many holidays at Walt Disney World with our children. We saw the look of happiness in their eyes and knew that this was what we wanted to share with other families too.

In the beginning, we had no experience in the vacation rental business. We had been real estate investors and property managers for many years in Portland, Oregon, but this was the first time we had fully invested in ourselves. All we had was a dream, just like Cinderella, when she wanted to go to the ball. In May 2017, only two months after a week-long holiday in Orlando, we took a leap of faith and bought our first vacation home in the prestigious Regal Palms Resort. We now own 5 properties all over the Disney area and this is the power Disney has over us. We did all this so that our family, and yours, can always live in a fairy tale.
