The 4-5" drop or step from the main living area to the garage access and the patio, as well as the eating area, did not accommodate our son's mobile wheelchair. Although we brought short ramps, it was almost too steep to allow him to safely go up and down over that steep step. There was a large bump up (2") into the front door also. Most concerning, there are no ADA bars in the bathrooms by the toilet.
The home was fairly clean, except for old coffee grounds in the coffee pot, packed in lint in the dryer and filthy furnace vents. The carpet was also dirty.
Suggestions: Have a rack for hanging clothes in the laundry. Make a list and map for nearest grocery and gas station.
