This is a really great house to stay if you have things that you need to do in Peoria, Glendale, and even downtown Phoenix. Very easy access to Highway 101. Great place to stay for any activity at the Peoria Sports Complex. Easy 10 minute drive. Will definitely stay again when I am in Phoenix. Great host, quick communications, easy check in and check out.

Quick Trip

Only stayed 3 nights and had lots to do, so only spent late evenings and mornings at the house. It was very clean, very comfortable and the perfect respite at the end of some very long days. The property manager was an excellent commincator and very accomodating. Will definitely stay here again!

Spacious & modern comfort

We loved the house! It was perfect for our stay with the large open floor plan to hang out as a family. The backyard was nice as well for family time....darts and games. The house was clean and nicely updated with modern decor. I would stay here again as we come to Phoenix often. It is in a nice area and in a convenient location for our needs.

When we arrived, the house had not been cleaned due to a mixup. We called and within 45 minutes our housekeeper had arrived. We left to grab some food and when we returned the housekeeper was just finishing and the place was cleaned. The manager responded quickly and that’s what you want when things go awry. The neighborhood was quiet. The house worked out very well. The location made it easy to get to the Peoria Sports Complex where we watched games. Overall our stay was very pleasurable.

Clean, modern and comfy

We stayed at this lovely, updated house while in Sun City for a funeral. The beds were comfortable, the sheets were extra soft, the decor was simple and modern. We had everything we needed. The property owners were very helpful, especially when we had an issue with the internet, which was no fault of their own. Something on the cable company’s side and it was resolved in a few mins. I would highly recommend this property.

The host was welcoming. We were not well informed about some amenities. We picked this house in Sun City to enjoy the recreation centers and the property was not in good standing with the centers so we were unable to buy monthly passes. The fire pit was not working so it took a week to get it fixed. We were not notified that the house would be painted so for 2 days the windows and doors were covered in plastic. The WiFi went out for 2 days so we had no internet or tv access. The location was great and property was newly remodeled.

Thanks for the straight-up feedback. We are really sorry this stay had a few too many hiccups, from the rec center mix-up to the fire pit, painting, and WiFi issues. That is not the way we want things to go, and we know it put a dent in the experience. We are glad the location and the updated home still stood out, and we appreciate you keeping it real with us.

Cute, updated home in quiet community

We stayed here for an out of state tournament we had. The location was ideal to the baseball fields we played at; each child got their own room to relax in making it perfect for after the games. We loved that it was in a quiet older community, made us feel safe. I'm not sure if it was just the weekend that we stayed but it seemed as though the turnaround rate for this property was high. The neighbors said people seemed to come and go almost on a daily basis. The property did not come with trash bags thus having us to purchase some, which i thought was weird, we did reach out to management letting them know and they apologized. Overall, this house was perfect for us. I would stay here again and would recommend it as well.
