Welcome to the Bay Watch beach house!   Easily walking or biking distance to the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk, Yacht Harbor, wonderful local restaurants, pizza, shopping and coffee houses.



Bay Watch sleeps up to ten guests comfortably with a California King bed in the master bedroom with en suite bathroom.  Two bedrooms feature queen beds.  The fourth family/bunk room has lounge seating with TV, table and chairs, and sleeps four singles.



Located at the end of a cul de sac, Bay Watch offers everything you need for your home away from home, complete with stainless steel kitchen appliances, high quality cookware, gas fireplace, large flat screen televisions that connect to your Netflix and Amazon accounts, high-speed wireless Internet, upper and lower level decks, gas barbecue, outdoor table and chairs, full-size washer and dryer, coffee/hot water maker, and more.



Additional Pet fees do apply, per pet. Dogs must not exceed 45lbs and must be more than 1 year old. If you feel your situation regarding your pet warrants reconsideration of these guidelines, please contact the Beachnest office.

Family Vacation

The house was so much more than expected. The access to the beach, the view from the balconies and how clean the inside was. My family had a great time and definitely will go back.

Terrific property. If anything the picture do not show it as good as it is. Lovely view, lots of room, inside and out, terrific neighborhood.This place is terrific and I'd stay here again anytime

The good: ample kitchenware, dining; nice pet blankets; nice beach outdoor gear and seating. The bad: the downstairs had a strong mildew, musty smell and in the kids room, the mildew smell was overwhelming. No heat in the kids room, no internet signal.

We didn’t want to leave! Best family vacation ever! We loved the location-right on the beach! With a one year old, it was great to have the home with such easy access to and from the beach. Definitely got our steps in! Fresh and clean, beds and towels all comfortable and ready for our stay. Stocked up with spices, pots, pans, bowls, etc so dinners home worked out well.Property management was extremely on top of everything too which was terrific. Just loved our time together with a fantastic family home. Looking forward to staying here again!

Great Generational House

Our stay was fabulous! Location! Location! Location! Beach access was a 10! House Views gorgeous! Loved the outside decks and comfortable furniture. It was a perfect house for our 90 year old birthday boy and our 3 month old baby boy along with his 3 year old big brother. We will be back!

Relaxing and fun home

We spent a long weekend with adult kids and significant others. There was plenty of room for everyone. The location is amazing with excellent beach access. The outdoor space is really special-lots of comfortable seating and wonderful views. The house was exceptionally clean and well maintained; very comfortable beds too. The kitchen was well supplied which was great because we didn’t want to leave the beach. We hope to go back!

Great Location

Overall our stay was great and the house is beautiful. It looks like some recent outside updates were done and that was nice. If I had to give any feedback it would be that for the price it would be nice if the two upstairs rooms were a little more updated. Everything else was wonderful

Sweet Beach Home in Amazing Location

Bay Watch is exactly as described on the site and in pictures. It could not have been a sweeter home! We loved the well provisioned kitchen, the books, games, and supplies were all there to enjoy. The beds and linens were comfortable, and we appreciated that they were not washed with heavy fragrance. Well stocked with clean linens too. We loved the multi-level decks and that it was fenced in. The patio furniture was all put to use and the firepit table enjoyed too. We were a party of 5 adults and one small dog, and all of our needs were met. It's an older home which we found very charming, a classic original California beach MCM. The family history and touches made it feel homey and loved.Blacks Beach is a quiet, neighborhood beach. It did not feel touristy at all. Twin Lakes neighborhood was lovely. Easy walking and things to enjoy close by. On Sunday do visit the nearby Live Oaks farmers market. Minor point deducted for gaps in communication with management and overall age of property, but we consider this a five star stay! We look forward to staying here again.

The location of this property was fantastic with the beach access right next to the house. It worked perfectly for 6 adults and 2 babies. We had plenty of room in the large downstairs bedroom for 2 porta cribs in addition to the beds already there. There are lots of stairs, so would not recommend it for someone with limited mobility. The balconies and fire pit were wonderful. We had one issue with the shower head in one bathroom, but maintenance made the repair promptly. The only negative may have been the comfort of a couple of the beds. I would definitely stay here again.

BAY WATCH IS BAY WONDERFUL!

Everything about this rental was fabulous! Great location right at the end of the block with easy beach access. Wonderful views from inside the house on both upper and lower levels. Warm and welcoming atmosphere with comfortable rooms and a spacious layout. Loved having access to many cable channels & apps from all 3 t.v.'s! We would stay here again in a heartbeat!
