Disappointed in housekeeping

Housekeeper need to do better in cleaning, trash was on floor in the living area and cup down in the sofa and what I was really disappointed about , I had to call 2 days for them to come out and put clean linens on one the bed, we had to sleep on the floor and we had issue with the kitchen faucet it burst, they got it fixed but we couldn’t use the kitchen til later that evening when they got it fixed

Great family retreat

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a lovely, comfortable home. We had a family of five, a family of three, and three grandparents in our group. There was plenty of room to relax and sleep comfortably. The kitchen can get a little crowded and the dining table is not very large but those aren’t deal killers. The only things of note are that the garage door has the mechanism to be opened by remote but it isn’t working so the garage is left unlocked so that it can be opened manually. Parking was also a bit of an issue as you can only park two vehicles in the driveway and there isn’t much additional parking close by. When we arrived, the lot that is recommended for over flow vehicles was completely full because of an event going on. If you are traveling with a large group, parking may be an issue, but otherwise you will have a nice stay.

Our Favorite Place to stay so far!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rent frequently through MVH. This by far, was the best place we have stayed. The house was beautiful and the beds were so comfortable. The private pool and golf cart were a hit for the family. Loved the Wharf and close to all the shopping and the beach. Definitely would recommend and stay again! Thank you for accommodating our family!
