Great location

Wonderful location to beach and pools. Bikes, beach chairs and umbrella were included which was nice. Felt very safe while there. Condo could use updates but still served us well.

Great location and view of beach

Overall we were happy with this condo. Price, location, and view were most important and didn't let us down. Pros: Location, view, close to beach, and price. Cons: Place was pretty dated with green carpet, squeeky queen size bed in main room, and decor. A little updating along with a new king bed would make this a fabulous rental.

Hello Mark, Thank you for your review! We are glad that you were happy with the condo overall and that the price, location, and view did not disappoint. We apologize that the place was a bit dated and the furnishings may not have been up to your standards. We will look into updating the decor and replacing the bed with a newer king-size bed to make the stay even more enjoyable for our guests. Thank you again for taking the time to share your experience with us and we hope to see you again soon! Sincerely, Hilton Head Properties R&R

Room

Needs a little updating. No television in the 2nd bedroom was surprising as the places we've stayed had televisions in all bedrooms. Pots and pans should really be replaced as most of them had stained burnt spots on them. We had to use fans that were in the Unit because the air conditioning didn't work well. Notes around stating do not turn air below 72, do not wash unless you use quick wash. When on vacation I like to wash my clothes before departing. All in all it was ok. Nice Ocean View, open area and the furniture was very comfortable. We will be back in the summer :)

Thank you for your review and for staying with us! We're so glad you enjoyed the ocean view, the open layout, and the comfortable furniture — those are definitely some of the highlights of the space. And it's great to hear you're planning to come back this summer! We also really appreciate your honest feedback about the areas that didn't meet expectations. We understand how having a TV in each bedroom can make a difference, and we'll take a closer look at the cookware and air conditioning to make sure everything is in better shape moving forward. Notes like the ones you mentioned are meant to protect the equipment, but we completely understand how they might feel limiting during a vacation — we'll review the messaging to make it more guest-friendly. Thanks again for the helpful input. We're looking forward to welcoming you back for a more seamless and relaxing stay next time!
