Completely renovated condo with updated kitchen and bathrooms on the lower floor with lanai. This corner unit is quiet with surrounding green belts. Amenities include Air Conditioning and Laundry. Fully stocked kitchen with full size appliances. Electronic Lutron shades throughout. 2 Large TVs and fast wifi. Please note there is a payment processing fee charged by the credit card fee of 3.23% for VRBO (not for Airbnb) A rental agreement will be emailed after booking.

Electronic door lock so no need to check in or out. An opening instruction email will be sent 5 days prior to arrival with instructions and code to enter

Place is well maintained and close to beaches, restaurants, and shops. Not a far drive from Lahaina. Pools on property. Had everything we needed. Was actually our 2nd stay here.

Another Happy Stay

This was our third time staying at this spot. It was just as nice and comfortable as we remember. Checking in is straight forward, the unit was clean and the ocean view is fine, especially at sunset. We did more cooking this time and had everything we needed to prepare our meals. Furnishings were comfortable, great for naps and the bed is made for sleeping. Overall 5 stars once again. When in Kihel this is our go-to spot, whenever it's available. Mahalo Ronny, for another great stay.

Great property in Kihei

Nice and relaxing property in Kihei. Nice 1st floor property with view of the ocean. Convenient location for walking into town. 2 nice pools available on the property. Condo updated and very nice. Comfortable bed. Love having beach chairs and snorkel available to us.

Nicely remodeled condo, (modern and neutral) - when so many others we looked at felt dated with overly flowery decor. This place was exactly as depicted. Very comfortable, nicely equipped and quiet. We especially loved the cool AC, laundry, and water sports items. Communication was perfect. Highly recommend!

Relaxing family getaway

Our family of 4 enjoyed a last minute holiday to Maui and really enjoyed this unit at Maui Kamaole. Having no prior set plans we found the location was ideal for relaxing days, easy walks into town for meals and to the beach for mornings and sunsets. The pools are great for kids. The unit was clean and well-furnished and communication was fast. Thank you!

Modern Maui Condo - Beautiful

Overall place was so clean and so modern. Beautiful location with a peek a boo view and lovely walk to the beach. There were a few drawers in the kitchen that need a little work as they come off the track. Also, a few more options for pillows (flat and puffy) would be nice. Other than that - looking forward to staying here again.

All redone. Very tasteful. Large TVs, Ocean view, all around Splendid. All new furnshings. Even came with two new Tommy Bahama beach chairs :-) Would book again, anytime

This unit was exactly as described.

We have stayed at this property multiple times and this is one of the nicer units we have been in. It was very clean upon arrival and it is very well stocked. We were there for the entire month and had no concerns or problems. The property manager Was excellent to communicate with and we would stay there again if it was available.

Second Stay

Our second stay at this unit was just as good as the first. Check in was easy, the unit is as advertised. Everything you need for comfort, beach, relaxing is there. Ronny, the host gets back to you quickly if you have questions. I highly recommend a stay at this unit! We've stayed twice and will continue to stay here as long as it's available during our travels to the island. Mahalo Ronny

Ronny is the best

Great experience working with the owner. Responsive, honest, and easy to work with. Would stay here again, but note the pull out bed is unusably uncomfortable. Couch worked well as second bed for one person, master was great. Bathrooms were clean and spacious along with the kitchen. Came with everything needed for an awesome beach day (snorkel sets, chairs, boogie boards, and cooler). Would work with Ronny again.

Beware of this cockroach infested property

Beautiful suite however the night we checked in we discovered cockroaches and droppings on the pillows in the master bed. The host was able to move us for 3 nights and said he had the suite cleaned and sprayed while we were gone but the first night we returned we discovered cockroaches in the bed again. Since we couldn’t be accommodated elsewhere, our family of 4 ended up sleeping on the couch & a blow-up bed for the duration of our stay which was very uncomfortable. I was uneasy the entire stay about my family being exposed to cockroaches and their droppings. Unfortunately this experience ruined what was supposed to be a relaxing family vacation.

Maggie, No one wants to see a cockroach on there vacation in paradise or anywhere and i understand that. You told me you saw ONE but your review states infestation which is defined as an unusual large amount. As you can see by all my 50 plus reviews on multiple booking channels I have never had a cockroach or issue. Your vacation was during a good storm which may have caused a rare occurrence but I do not believe I deserve a misleading review. My building has quarterly preventive spraying and an additional was offered during your stay and you refused. I offered your money back and relocating but you refused. I offered to personally inspect and confirm windows and doors were sealed and you refused. I am truly sorry your vacation did not go as planned but your review did not state all the remedies provided to make it better.

Great location, lacking rental

All other positive reviews ring true - modern space with easy access to the beach. You can watch the sunsets off the lanai, and the community was rather quiet the entire stay. There was rental gear and the TVs were large. However there were some downsides that soured our stay. There were broken tile pieces in the back lanai that I stepped on, so we didn’t bother spending time there. The floors were rather dirty and our feet turned black by the end of the first night. There was a thick black hair on the shower squeege, so we avoided the master the shower. One of the Tommy Bahama chairs were on its last limb, so probably only children should use so it last longer. The washer was also broken and we were not able to do our laundry, so we had to run to a laundry mat before our flight to our next destination. The garbage disposable was not working, so scraps may build up and smell. There was also a two inch cockroach in the kitchen on our last night. The owner confirmed the washer was not examined before our arrival, and it seems a handful of other items were not as well. Hopefully this feedback prevents other guests from having the same experience. Thanks!

Jaclyn, Thank you for your feedback. i always strive to make sure my guest have a great experience and i did not live up to that on your stay. i have purchased a new Washer, fixed the stuck garbage disposal and notified housekeeping of the hair on squeegee. they are also switching mops. I did not find the broken tile in rear yard? I will replace the beach chair with a better one as well. I really do want my guest to have an enjoyable stay and hope your comments made a better stay for the next guest. Mahalo, Ronny

The owners travel most of the year and understands the needs of those staying in VRBO accommodations. The manager/owner Ronny is retired from the fire department and now owns/manages multiple rental properties.

This property is close to everything yet feels like your away from the busy city. Surrounded by gardens and views of the ocean makes this the perfect getaway.

As an owner who travels quite a bit I have supplied the condo with Shampoo, conditioner, soap, toilet paper, spices, condiments, snorkel equipment, cooler, beach chairs, beach towels. Lutron remote control shades installed on all windows and sliders. I try and have everything here to make it easier and less to pack for my guest. I am available 24 hours and I keep my calendar updated daily. I respond within the hour and most times within 20 min. I realize there is many managed properties that do not give that service.
