Backyard Oasis with Private Pool & Putting Green!

A relaxing Arizona vacation awaits you at this charming 3 bedroom home with backyard oasis, which is sure to be your favorite place to relax and unwind. Enjoy the gated, private pool and in-ground spa. Enjoy a lazy summer day in the hammock, cool off and relax under the pool umbrellas or sit pool-side in the lounge chairs. Enjoy family BBQ's at our outdoor kitchen with grill, eating bar and outdoor dining table. Spend time chatting by the firepit on cooler nights or get in some golf time on our putting green!

All bedrooms have queen beds and plenty of storage space and the master bathroom has an oversized walk-in shower. Living Room, Master BR & BR2 have flat screen smart TV's with a variety of channels available.
Wi-fi download speeds up to 1000 Mbps (1 Gbps).

The well appointed dining room is equipped with a table for six, as well as a sideboard with wine, whiskey and cocktail glasses, ice buckets, bartender kit and a Jimmy Buffet Margaritaville Blender!

This home is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected by our cleaning staff between bookings and basic supplies including shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hair dryers are provided.

We do love dogs and welcome well-behaved and house-trained dogs (1 dog per booking).

A few items to note:

The pool / hot tub can be heated for an additional fee between October 1st - April 30th ($300 for visits up to 7 nights).

To maximize guest comfort, our thermostat is set to HEAT the home to 68 and COOL to 73 Deg F. The temperature settings will not be modified.

Propane tanks are included in the grill & firepit, however propane fuel is guest's responsibility.

The home is equipped with a security system and we encourage our guests to use the system during your stay.

No more than six people on the property at ANY time. (Parties and large events are not allowed.)

This home is located in the fly-over zone for Luke Air Force Base, and you will occasionally hear the sounds of freedom from the jets training. Although we enjoy this special treat, this may be an item to consider prior to booking. We will not issue refunds due to complaints from the jet noise.

To provide an additional layer of security for our guests, this property features seven exterior security cameras consisting of a front door Ring doorbell, one camera over front driveway, two cameras on the east side of home, two cameras on west side of home and one camera inside the garage. There are NO cameras inside the home.

We hope you enjoy your stay! The close proximity to so many beautiful places to visit (Scottsdale, Sedona, Lake Pleasant), shopping and event centers makes this home an ideal place to relax with family and friends!

Our stay was amazing! The house was clean, spacious, and beautifully maintained. We loved both the indoor and outdoor kitchen areas. The owners were very attentive and responded quickly to any questions. This was our second time staying in this home, and we would definitely stay here again.

Great home in a nice neighborhood

The house is exactly what is was advertised as. It is also very close to grocery/restaurants/baseball fields. The hosts were helpful when we needed to extend our stay one more day.

Fabulous outdoor oasis

Our family of 4 had a lovely stay! The backyard is large with a fabulous pool and hot tub, hammock, eating areas, and putting green. The house was spacious and we especially enjoyed the game table and theater seating. Jo Ann was an outstanding host with excellent communication throughout our stay. Thank you for making our Thanksgiving holiday one to remember!

The property was very clean and exactly as described. Communication with JoAnn was always prompt and informative. We spent much of our time in the pool and on the backyard putting green and will be returning next time we're in town.

Amazing Property!

The house and property were amazing. I stayed there recently while in Arizona visiting my son and his family. It was within close proximity of their house which was a key factor in choosing where to stay. The home is absolutely beautiful and the backyard was amazing with all the amenities. Communication with Joann was extremely fast and she was so helpful. I will definitely choose to stay here again!

Backyard Oasis

My Husband and I stayed at this property for almost 3 weeks. We spend 99% of our time outside when we come to Phoenix, so having an outdoor space is really important to us and this certainly met all our needs. We did pay for pool heat, which was worth it, the hot tub is also nice to have on the cooler days/evenings. The outdoor BBQ area is great for hanging out and cooking. Lovely eating area and gas fire table. The location of the property is great, surrounded by all your shopping needs, Target, Walmart, restaurants, car wash, coffee, groceries. You don't need to go far for anything. The owner's communication was fantastic, they always responded right away to any of our questions and check in was an easy process. The house has everything you could ever need, stocked well with all the essentials. Quiet and relaxing which is all we wanted for our vacation. We would certainly book again and recommend to anyone wanting to stay in the Suprise area.

Wonderful Home

JoAnn was quick to respond to a couple questions our first day. This home was a perfect getaway from a long winter in Montana. The location was in a quiet neighborhood and very convenient to services, restaurants, shopping and main highway arteries. Everything you need is there, and very clean. The outdoor amenities, pool , spa and outdoor kitchen are great. Aside from relaxing by the pool and shade of the patio roof , we took in visits to Taliesin West, M.IM. , and the Monet Imersion. Spring get away

The home is very well designed, the backyard is a oasis for fun. Down side sleeps 6 and very strict policy on 6 people max for day visits. Makes visiting family very difficult. Also you must leave pool vacuum in at all times. I've owned pool for 40 years. Very unsafe for kids. Overall very nice property, just will not fit our family for future visits.

The Perfect Getaway

From the moment we opened the door until we left we could tell that the owners wanted to make a lasting impression on their guests. The house is very family friendly, well maintained and will have you wanting to make arrangements for future stays. It’s a spacious place with great amenities inside and out to help everyone get the most out of their stay. The pool, hot tub, and putting green were a great hit with our family which was used a lot while we were there. The living room was very inviting for 6 guests and there’s a huge tv to watch your favorite movies and shows on. The appliances are new and it the kitchen has everything you need to make your meals and drinks. We would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants the perfect getaway, you won’t regret it.

Excellent Property

This property was absolutely amazing! From the moment we walked in we felt at home. The neighborhood is nice and quiet and accessing the property was a breeze. The amenities were great, especially the pool. We utilized it every single day. My 13 yr old son loved the putting green area as well. It was huge. This home is also very close to everything such as Walmart, Target, the grocery store, and lots of other places to eat and pick up takeout. We did a lot relaxing and grilling out back on the outdoor kitchen which was very convenient and delicious. Everything we needed to prep and cook was there. There were also outdoor speakers where we were able to enjoy our music while relaxing, eating, and swimming. A bonus for me as an early riser was being able to enjoy my coffee out back while watching the sun rise. Just perfect! Overall, wonderful place and we will definitely book with Jo Ann again in the future. Thanks Jo Ann!!

Great back yard and location, but be aware of a couple of things…

Property is in great location if you are visiting Suprise, Peoria or Goodyear. Several good stores and restaurants nearby. Property has a great outdoor pool setting with a covered patio, putting green and barbecue. Kids had a great time outdoors. Only issue we had with the property was the owner not allowing guests control of the inside thermostat. Thermostat was locked and set to 76. Made for several uncomfortably warm nights. Asked owner to lower the temperature, but thermostat did not adjust. Had to ask a second time and thermostat finally adjusted. One other observation we did not like was the presence of 2 security cameras in the back yard directly overseeing the patio area and barbecue. Our group felt uncomfortable with these cameras overlooking the area we gathered at the most..

Beautiful property just as described

We spent 7days at this beautiful home and enjoyed it all. The pool and hot tub were a special bonus with gorgeous lighting at night. The putting green was an extra amenity that I used to fine tune my stroke! We had a couple questions and one issue we needed to resolve and Jo Ann, our host, was immediately available to assist to our satisfaction. All in All, a 10 out of 10!

AMAZING backyard!

This property is awesome! The backyard, pool and spa are incredible. We had the pool and spa heated for our stay and they heated quickly and effectively which made our stay a 10/10! Looking forward to staying here again.

Oasis in the Desert

We were two couples traveling to Surprise for a Pickleball Tournament. This location was ideal for that tournament or if you are in town for Spring Training. The home was very well appointed for meeting all our needs. The backyard is spectacular as we took full advantage of the hot tub and pool (in late January and February), the fire pit, outdoor kitchen and putting green. Inside is clean, spacious and incredibly comfortable. The hosts are fantastic, friendly and easily accessible. This is a property we will definitely keep on the list for a recommendation or return visit. You won't be disappointed!

Lovely property with great outdoor amenities

Stayed for four nights. The house had everything we needed. Spacious living area and master bedroom (and closet). On a pie lot, so lovely large yard behind the house. Lots of nice patio furniture. All beautifully maintained, with very responsive owner. Only 1.6 mi to Surprise Tennis Center, so extra convenient for us. Highly recommended.

Retiring several years ago and enjoying our home in the Pacific Northwest, our old bones began seeking out a warmer climate. Our son and his wife recently moved to the Phoenix area, which led us to exploring the possibilities of a second home in the area. Surprise has everything we were looking for...smaller residential communities within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Not being ready to move full-time to the area, we decided to share our home with others so that they could also enjoy a relaxing Arizona family vacation!

The backyard with private inground pool and spa offers the most relaxing atmosphere, and the outdoor kitchen and covered patio is just the best place ever to enjoy quiet evening dinners with family and friends. We simply fell in love with the backyard of this home! Such a large open space, yet so private. Adding the artificial turf and putting green just made it fun, and with the pool and water features, it's just the perfect location for small family gatherings.
