The perfect home for a family vacation as it sleeps up to 8 guests, has two living rooms, fully stocked kitchen, 2.5 baths and a private, backyard pool (can be heated for additional fee) with covered patio and bbq grill. Also a great property for the weekend getaway trips because of its excellent location to all the necessary amenities and the convenience of numerous nearby activities, such as World Wildlife Zoo, tennis, golf, MLB stadiums, Surprise recreational park, fishing, hiking, biking, bowling, movie theater, restaurants etc…

We have accommodations for all ages and do our very best to assure that your vacation is a 5 star!

This was our second time staying here and everything was as great as the first time. Perfect setup for our family and the pool was used a lot. Also, fantastic communication from the owner throughout.

Communication with the host was flawless, the property was very clean and easy to access everything we wanted access to. The pool was fabulous and the host was great about turning the heat on in the pool when we wanted! Will stay again!

Our weekend tennis tournament was made so much more comfortable because of this lovely home. It was everything we needed, very comfortable beds, a well-stocked kitchen, and plenty of areas to sit and enjoy the companionship of teammates/friends. Oh, and did I mention the wonderful hot tub and pool to soothe muscles and joints. Communication with property manager, Wes, was the very best of any of my prior VRBO rentals. I highly recommend this wonderful home.

Excellent home in Surprise.

Property fits a family's need perfectly. Kids can swim while adults hang out. Home has everything you need. Very clean as well which is important for toddlers that like to crawl around.

Great Accommodations - Very Comfortable

Perfect location to access great golf and other activities. The house is very nice and comfortable. The owner made sure we had everything we needed and was very accommodating when our plans needed to be modified (we arrived early due to airline issues). We would stay here again. Five Stars and two thumbs up.
