The space
Inside you’ll find a warm and thoughtfully appointed home featuring a Primary Suite with a Full bed for restful nights, Guest Room with a Twin over Full bunk bed – perfect for family or friends, an equipped kitchen, a comfortable living area, air conditioning, hi-speed Wi-Fi and a TV ready for your favorite streaming services.

Shared outdoor living and perks allow you to fire up the gas grill for a barbeque at the picnic table, drinks at the table or relax in the Adirondack chairs.

We’ve taken the stress out of packing by including fresh linens and towels and a beach cart for your seaside excursion.

As part of the authentic Hampton Beach experience, please be aware that coastal living occasionally brings the tide a little closer. High tides or heavy rain can result in temporary water retention in the area, so we recommend keeping an eye on the weather and tide charts during your visit.
