We strive to make our guests feel welcome and their stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. 😊 We hope to see you again soon for another unforgettable stay.

Many thanks for your review of the villa. We are happy to hear that you enjoyed your stay, and we are delighted to have welcomed you. 😊 We attach great importance to the satisfaction of our guests and are committed to providing them with impeccable service. Regarding the extra 400 euros for linen, we would like to clarify that this information must have been misinterpreted. Linen is included in the rental price. Cleaning is now payable directly via the platform. As for the pool temperature in January, it's true that it can be a little chilly. But it'll be perfect for swimming when the sun comes out! We thank you once again for your comment and hope to see you again soon. 😊

Many thanks for your comment Megan! 😊 Delighted to have contributed to your girls' stay! Your words please us enormously and we're glad you had a great time with us. The villa is designed for relaxation and conviviality. We would like to thank you for your understanding regarding the swimming pool. We do our utmost to ensure that your stay is perfect and we are proud to be able to intervene quickly, for the pleasure and happiness of our customers. We are honored by your recommendation. We hope to see you again soon!

Hello John, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. Your feedback is invaluable and helps us to continually improve our services. Regarding the plumbing issue, we understand that this can be a nuisance during family time. We have already taken the necessary steps to resolve this issue during your stay, as you have seen. 😊 Your satisfaction is our top priority. We look forward to welcoming you back and providing you with an even more enjoyable experience.

Dear Bill, We are delighted to read that you had an excellent stay in our villa and that you took full advantage of your getaway to Cannes. We very much appreciated your presence and thank you for being exceptional guests. Your kindness and respect made our job even more pleasant. We hope you also had the opportunity to enjoy the Cannes Lions Festival 😉 We're delighted to hear you enjoyed the peace and quiet of our rental, away from the hustle and bustle of the Croisette. We would be happy to welcome you back to our villa next year. 😊

Your malice is matched only by your bad faith, dear sir! The more this case progresses, the more I think you've organized this whole thing from the beginning: you insisted on doing the check-in earlier than planned, even though we explained to you on several occasions that this was impossible because the cleaning teams had to work after the previous tenants had left (who left us a 4* rating... the previous 5*…😊). ) With your repeated insistence and our desire to always satisfy the customer, we let you drop off your luggage in the morning (you were supposed to drop off the luggage and come back for the official check-in time, 4 hours after…but the cleaning teams warned us that you had been walking around all the villa taking pictures... and that's when you took the opportunity to take pictures of towels drying or other perfectly normal situations while the cleaning teams were preparing the villa! ) After your stay you ask for a refund for the whole stay 😅, but what kind of world do you live in? You go to a restaurant and eat the appetizer, the main course, the bottle of wine, the dessert, the digestif... but you don't take the coffee and say that it was disgusting and that you don't want to pay? If we could avoid renting to certain tenants, I'm sure you'd be scoring 0 or negative! I sincerely hope I never have guests as dishonest and malicious as you again!

Many thanks Lena for your comment. It was a real pleasure to welcome you to our villa and we are delighted that you had an excellent stay with us. Your comments warm our hearts and motivate us to continue to offer our guests an unforgettable experience. We understand that the villa's location, not a 5min walk from the sea and shops, may not be suitable for everyone. We state this in the villa description. Walking to the sea can be a great way to enjoy the scenery. 😊 We hope you will have wonderful memories of your stay at the and that you will visit us again very soon.
