1500 square foot Wooded Walkout Retreat with YEAR ROUND HOT TUB on Golf Course

This is a unit in the lower level of my Eden Prairie home.
I do reside upstairs. Occasionally I rent out the upstairs.No ammenities are shared.
It is on a wooded lot which backs up to the Bent Creek Golf course.
There are 2 private entrances with a lock box. An inside door separates the owner unit from the rental unit.
There is a 100 foot pathway around the house and to the unit, that has a slight slope . This is shoveled in the winter, but boots are advised.
The backyard is very private, and has deer, wild turkeys and birds
Teenagers and kids love, the Wii, trampoline and searching for golf balls in my woods.
It is 20 minutes to the Mall of America. Downtown, Lake Minnetonka, the airport and 10 minutes from Paisley Park and Grace Church. There are 4 beaches within 10 minutes, 2 with boat launches.
There are numerous bike and walking trails within minutes.

A deck with a sitting area, high top table ,all season hot tub, gas fire pit, and a gas grill.

A patio with an additional table and a wood burning fire pit area, and a trampoline
A living room with 2 love seats, a sofa and 55 inch TV, DVD player, Netflux and Amazon prime streaming,Wi console with games

A full kitchen with new gas stove in 2023.
There is a full sized fridge, microwave, air fryer, crock pot, 4 slice toaster,instant pot, 2 coffee pots, an electric frypan, aa waffle maker, electric griddle, and electric roaster.
I have dishes,glassware,pots and pans, cookware, barware, flatware, paper products, etc.
There is a round table that has 6 chairs and a folding table with 6 additional chairs. There is also a card table and 4 folding chairs.

The sitting room with a desk, sofa bed, 2 chairs and a single and queen air mattress doubles as the 3rd bedroom.

Large bedroom with king-sized bed, chair, large picture window and door to the deck, with lock and key on the outside and inside door.

Second bedroom with full sized bed, a large built in desk, and lock and key on inside door.

There is a pack and play with sheets.

Large 3/4 bath with a movable shower head.

Private Laundry/ Utility room with a new washer and dryer, iron, ironing board and laundry detergent.

I have children's books and toys
I supply hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, dish soap, laundry soap, coffee (k cups and ground), water, snacks ,granola bars, coffee creamer salt, pepper and spices, and cooking spray. There is also firewood and lighters.
You will find foil, saran wrap garbage bags , napkins ,paper plates and baggies.
