The fully fenced backyard is your private playground! Enjoy the large 12' x 34' pool with new paver decking, unwind in the hot tub, or host a cookout with both gas and charcoal grills and plenty of outdoor seating. Challenge your group to a game on the private sand volleyball court, basketball hoop, or horseshoe pits. There’s even an outdoor bar to keep drinks and snacks close while you lounge in the sun.

Space to Gather & Spread Out
Inside, you’ll find room for everyone to relax. The top-level great room features vaulted ceilings, ocean views, and multiple dining areas, including a breakfast nook and counter seating. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prep family meals, and the open layout makes it easy to socialize.

On the ground level, the game room is perfect for pool, movies, or just hanging out. A kitchenette with a full fridge, microwave, and wet bar makes this floor ideal for snacks and drinks during game time or poolside breaks.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles.
