Perfect long weekend spot

We found the check in process to be very easy, using the clear instructions. Nice location in the historic district with many walkable attractions and restaurants. There was an issue with a broken toilet, which was promptly fixed after contacting property management. Overall a great stay. Would book again for future trips

Weekend stay

Very comfortable and lovely surroundings!

Loved the location of this condo. Quick walk to so many restaurants, bars, shopping etc. Such a cozy and clean place. Chose this place specifically because of its proximity to my daughters dorm. Would definitely stay here again!

Lovely home

The home was located right across from SCAD and next to a beautiful tall steeple which was beautifully lit up at night. You could hear the bells ringing from a nearby church. The sidewalks were bustling with students and tourists. Nearby shops to walk to.

Convenient location

The condo was a great choice for our group, nice location and the separate bedrooms/ bathrooms was a great setup! They supplied some of the small items needed, soaps, shampoos, paper towels, etc; which was a nice plus. A small warning for those with mobility issues, the first floor has stairs, then you get to the elevator to get to the next floor.

Very Nice

Overall pleased and things were clean. Great location and we all felt very safe in the building. It faces a main street so it could be a little noisy in the evenings (we are early to bed people). Walking distance to everything downtown. There wasn't a blanket for the fold out when we arrived, but one was delivered to us after a phone call. We would stay again.

Central location in historic Savannah

Walking out the door to walk a few blocks in any direction to explore the downtown area was such a treat. The space is beautiful, full of light and has everything you would need. The noise level is not as bad as my fears or the other reviews (and we stayed during the weekend). You will hear some street noises sometimes, including fire trucks when they exit their station not far away, but it was not distracting or irritating for us (I live in a rural place out of state, so I'm acclimated to much quiet). I would recommend taking earplugs just in case for sleeping, but I would return to this rental again and again.

Savannah Marathon Weekend

The location is fantastic! We were able to walk to so many locations and used ride share twice. There are a few stairs leading into the home but an elevator inside. We used the parking lot directly behind the home, $30ish per day for parking. The queen bed and bathroom were pretty good. The bathtub faucet needs some work. The bedroom ceiling fan needs some tightening. Ear plugs helped with the noises at night. The kitchen and living room were comfortable and had plenty of room. The kitchen was well stocked. If we forgot something there was a CVS about 2 blocks away. The primary bed and bathroom were also comfortable except one major issue. The bed was broken! We tried contacting the host and host company at check in and had no resolution, but they did offer 10% discount, lol. I wish this major detail could have been resolved to boost the rating but nope. Our guests slept opposite of correct and had some rough sleep unfortunately.

Perfect location

Amazing location!! Central to river walk and ghost tours, but not in the areas that get a little rough after sunset. Very clean upon arrival, however several issues with amenities and information provided. The lockbox for entry to the building was not where described and was not marked. The lock for the unit door was very difficult to lock and unlock. Only one key provided for four adults. The smaller bedroom has a lamp that is not working and no ceiling lighting. The shower handles are very loose and fragile. The window in the master bedroom does not fully close and does not lock. Windows very thin; street noise clearly audible; could hear pedestrians full conversations from the third floor.

Loved it

Great location! Walkable to many shops and restaurants. Parking can be tricky. We ended up finding a spot in a public parking garage a couple of blocks away.

Great location

The condo was super clean and very nice. The two bedroom with their own bathrooms worked out wonderful. It is centrally located to everything. We did not need a car for anywhere in Savannah, everywhere is within walking distance. We did take a day trip to Charleston and Tybee island. The only negatives was the noise. Seemed like people walking by were in the room with us. It is also located next to two busy street so it was hard to sleep. Sound proof shutter would probably help. Also, if you plan on staying for longer than 3 days bring your own TP, the sandpaper they left is not good! Lol. But the unit is nice.

Impossible to get into the building

Place was cute and in a great location; however, we spent HOURS of our VERY short trip just trying to open the door. The entry instructions were EXTREMELY unclear and we were given two completely different addresses. The first night we had to wait till another tenant let us in to the apt building, but gaining entry to the apt itself was nearly impossible because the given code was also the wrong code. Once inside, no one from Vacasa was reachable, we even got through to someone and were quickly hung up on the first night. The next day we got through to customer service who had exactly the same information I had and was equally as confused as we were. The interior of the apt was nicely decorated and comfortable, but it all had a weird smell. Overall, I am extremely displeased with our stay and very very annoyed I spent that much time on our short vacation trying gain entry to the front door.

Weekend Stay for SCAD student looking at school

We stayed as a family in this unit for a long weekend as our teen was looking at SCAD. The unit's location was great. The traffic outside can be rather loud overnight. The street below is busy I guess on the weekends. The common areas of the building were so-so. The unit itself was pretty good. We had plenty of space. The bathrooms could stand to be updated, specifically the showers and exhaust fans. A few more towels would have been nice. There is a CVS and Walgreens near by to get any extras you might need. Overall the unit was pretty good. I probably would try a new place next time, mostly cause of the noise at night. The check in was confusing. I had to call for help getting in, but they helped right away. I requested a different check in and check out time but the communication wasn't great in response, meaning I didn't get any response.

SCAD PreCollege Check-in

Very close to SCAD. Very convenient location to shopping, entertainment, sightseeing, etc. Everything is in walking distance. Very clean, just as pictured. Has all of the amenities one would need for a comfortable stay. Would highly recommend, especially if you're bringing a child to SCAD.

Inconvenient Parking

We couldn’t get the Savannah parking app to work where we could pay ahead of time, so we had to get up before 8 each morning to go out and pay the meter. Be aware that parking is $24 per day. Also the queen bed was very uncomfortable. Other than those two inconveniences, it was good.

Unit is perfectly located but could improve on a few things…

The good: Let’s start by saying that the unit is amazingly located and walking distance to all the desired attractions. I highly recommend breakfast at Collins Quarter, only a block away! The unit is nicely decorated and well equipped with most items you will need. Cleanliness of floors, living room, bathroom and kitchen were adequate. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely book another unit in this area on our next visit to Savannah. The not so good: Keys for entry to building were not at lock box upon arrival. The lock box was found open (it looks like cleaning service team forgot to place them back in box, not a biggie). We called Vacasa and waited outside of the unit for help for at least 20mins; luckily a resident was exiting the building and allowed us into the building before the local team could come. We got the keys a few minutes after being in the unit. With respect to the unit itself, I would like to recommend for a potential extra pest control service to be applied to the unit. We found 2 roaches during our stay, and those were the only 2 visible. Given that the building is old, it is understandable but it wouldn’t hurt to do a deep spraying for bugs. We found that pillows didn’t have covers and weren’t able to locate them within the unit; this can be prone to spreading sickness. I would recommend changing pillows and putting some covers to new ones. Internet was slow when it worked; it stopped working at least a couple of times during our visit. Remote control had dead batteries and unit had no replacement batteries, we had to buy. We contacted Vacasa a few times about internet, remote control and extra sheets for beds and never heard back. Overall I would say unit is centrally located, unit is nicely decorated, but customer service/responsiveness and cleanliness were a bit questionable.
